Unfortunately app thumbnails appeared in 4.0, so it's not possible to see them prior to this version

I played a bit with this app today and I have to say that it is a very nice. And I only tried the free features . The only thing that makes me not to use this app is the ram consumption, over 100 mb.
OP if you can make it lighter it will be a really great switcher :thumbup:

The RAM consumption is mainly due to thumbnails saved in cache (= smoother app). I'll do my best to lower that number, or maybe add an option to let the user choose between using RAM cache or not?
Thanks for feedback :good:
[APP][4.0+] Fancy Switcher - Your new Task Switcher
Looks pretty good. I'm going to give it a try. Thanks
Hey I tried the free app and I would like to request some things:
1. transparent background like in stock switcher
2. Option to list the apps under each other instead of next to each other (also like in stock
3. Different position of clear and settings button. Like this:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
4. Option to disable app drawer icon
5. Notification icon: isn't there a way to just keep the notification and not the icon? The space is very ugly. Swipe home button for example lets you disable the icon and has just a message in the notification bar with no empty gap...
And then I have a question: what is the + symbol standing for when I pull the last app away from the screenside?

Well, thanks for suggestions
1. Planned for next release
2. Why not, I try to develop a different switcher compared to the stock one, but I'll think about it
3. Looks like you really like the stock switcher, don't you ?
4. That's a good request, but not an easy one... I'm definitely going to look into it
5. Consider it done for next release
And finally, the plus symbol let the user know he can swipe back to show other apps. Is it too much for you?

Well, I use swipe home button to get into stock switcher, that makes it better and faster than every other switcher out there. But your app look very cool and promising. And, what lacks the stock switcher, it's customisable. Yet it is still simple and elegant.
There are two reasons why I suggested to chance the button positions: first, I think that it would look more symmetric, and second is that they would be easier to reach. Especially on my note 3^^
Oh and I found a bug: when I re-enable the notification icon, the app crashes.
My device is btw SM-N9005 (international note 3 with snapdragon 800) running on android 4.4.2 kitkat samsung firmware (leak), cf-rooted and xposed framework installed.

This is absolutely right.
I think I can make only one simple button where you pointed out (the "close all" button), and leave the settings in the menu key, in a more android-way.
It's the first time I see this bug. It happens every time? I hope I will get a crash report from the Google developer console.

I can try to send a bug report.
Maybe you could do it (again like in stock switcher, lol) that you make a row of three buttons under the the switcher (in the position I pointed at on the screen) : task manager, settings, clear button.
I like it that you always can reach the settings from the switcher itself.
I also like the plus symbol, maybe you could make an option to enable/disable it, and also different themes (like only the plus symbol without the stuff around or the color or something like that) I already guessed that it stands for the gesture, but I wanted to be sure.
And what I really love is the animation of the clear button , it's really cool!
Edit: sent report

I have two ideas that maybe go too far:
First one: support of xhalofloatingwindow; that could be in different ways
1. Longpress on a thumbnail could open a menu like this:
2. The smart-slider option could open apps in xhalo windows.
The second one is even crazier;
First, take a look at this video:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/997cyp7ed4hn13d/SCR_20140115_032447.mp4
Now I imagine that when you do the gesture from the smart slider and then drag it up/down it could change between the running (and only the running) apps like in the video;
I made a quick drawing how it could look like (of course not so ugly xD)

Thanks for the awesome app switcher! :good:
I have one thing that bothers me, and prevents me from using it as my default switcher. I wish that when I don't have any apps open it would show an empty switcher. Sometimes it can be hard to differentiate between whats gray and whats not, and I like to have it this way just in case a friend or someone else is using the phone so they can't see my recently "closed" apps. I see from other post that you are working on some upcoming features in new releases , so just wondering if this is something that can be done.
Thanks
But other than that GREAT WORK. KEEP IT UP!!!!
Cool app. I got this basically for the swipe to switch to the previous app function but the RAM usage is too much. Is there a way to maybe have option not to use as a full task switcher but to only be used to switch back to the previous app only.
Nice idea! Well done!
How about other translations? I can do the German one

This is an ongoing developer project to make way for a modification that will entirely transform your device, but retain the aesthetics and the experience of your phone. I know you've seen tablet mode roms before, they change two lines in your build.prop file which you could easily edit yourself in seconds and maybe throw a keyboard in there to make it work better. It's a start, but this ain't enough. This thing has potential, but it is wasted the moment you try to stuff a full blown tablet into your poor phone. Yet we all know our high res phones can very well handle more than silly 1-column layouts. So the magic must be in between somewhere, a place that Google must have overlooked and left blank. Yes, this rom strives to drop your device into tablet mode, but it won't stop there, it will reshape and redefine ICS to make it all a useful addition and not just a cute novelty. we're calling it: Hybrid (or Phablet) Mode, best of both worlds.

Omg lol awesome.
This ROM is amazing - impressive UI.
My quick tinkering with the Paranoid system settings came up with this:
Tablet Mode and Hybrid Mode both ticked.
Framework-res-DPI = custom 175. (Notification appropriate for our display.)
SystemUI DPI = Tablet. (Lock screen resize for our display.)
Again if we could please have an optional flashable for the 3.30 kernel (as it provides better battery then 3.36.)
This is a refreshing change from vanilla cm9.
2 Things I've noticed:
A) Gmail looks great, however trying to Open any email from the Inbox folder gives a 'Gmail has stopped' toast popup. Opening from All Mail folder works. Weird.
B) When phone is locked. If you press back or menu, the front face lights turn on but do not turn off.
We thank you XMC.

Great Rom. I don't have much time to mess with it. But I know all the DPI's needed to get pure phablet. I'll post when work let's out.

Awesome man, you've been all over these ROMs.
What's the reason for the A5 kernel, is something broken in A6? I'm assuming A5 means CM9 Alpha 5, or am I wrong?

I think you swapped your values for framework-res and systemUI. Also, the 175 DPI for system doesn't work if you use the onscreen nav buttons -145 works pretty well. Clock on lockscreen gets cut off in landscape mode when using "tablet" DPI. 150 looks pretty good for the framework setting here.
As an FYI - I was able to boot it using the CM9 A5 kernel because as I was using that already and I'm not S-off, but wifi was borked. Once I flashed in the kernel from this build wifi was working, but I'll have to get back to you as far as battery goes. I got a lot of problems with battery levels on the a5 kernel, especially when rebooting my battery level seemed to be random.
I didn't wipe when I flashed and came from CM9 a5. I noticed a couple of my apps were missing, and when I tried to install from market, I got an error stating "missing shared library". Is this because I didn't wipe? Can anyone confirm if you are able to install Bank of America from market?
The thing I've noticed most about this ROM aside from the awesome UI is BLAZING speed. Market and browser come up and load pages instantly - probably twice if not triple the speed of CM9 A5

Yeah I did mix those up, accident
I don't use the onscreen nav buttons option.
Funny though, cos further testing got me to 145dpi for system also, great minds think alike.
Bug:
I found that an input field does not appear/allow setting individual applications 'custom dpi'.
Other than this I didn't find much wrong with this excellent rom!!!

It looks like the gapps is missing something in this ROM - I looked up the error and saw that people had this problem on other ROMs from time to time. I flashed the latest gapps from CM and found that not only was it resolved, but the apps were already there and didn't need to be reinstalled.
Here are my current settings for the look, feel, and behavior that I like best. I am kanging XMC's "hints" section
- Download and flash latest gapps if you run into library errors on any of your apps
- Set the font size to "Normal"
- Go into the Apex settings > dock settings, hold your phone in landscape, change the button quantity to 5, then back to 3. (Buttons shouldn't be crammed together anymore).
- Check "Auto Hide" in Settings, System, Statusbar, to finally get Fullscreen (or Hold power button, and press "Toggle StatusBar"). You can turn auto-hide off afterward, if you want status bar to be always visible.
- Launcher Settings: margins: NONE (If youre using Apex / Nova), show permanent searchbar: YES, Grid: 4x4, resize all widgets: YES, Wallpaper scrolling: On or off, your pref
- Paranoid settings:
- Tablet Mode and Hybrid Mode checked
- System default DPI: tablet
- User Default DPI: phone
- User Default UI: phone
- Framework-res DPI: Custom 150
- SystemUI DPI: Custom 145

I just could not get Apex launcher(and a bunch of user apps that don't seem to be optimized for tablet) to look good with the User UI set to tablet, and I'm never satisfied with the look of anything other than 4 x 4 as the icons and widgets go all wonky. As far as apps other than the launcher, It seems like it might be better to use the tablet UI for user apps to go through and see which ones look good and which don't at first, then set them up individually.
Edit: XMC, I'm convinced that you are either a robot, or you have multiple clones of yourself that all work on various dev projects. This ROM is absolutely the best thing I've seen for our device yet.
When I have everything set to tablet DPI values i cannot make phone calls it says force closed ... any suggestions?
LOVE THE ROM

This is not CSROM.
This is not a clean slate to modify as you wish.
This is Graviton.
You will be assimilated....
Introducing Graviton, a majorly de-bloated and AOSPified ROM based on AT&T Jelly bean 4.1.1 (DLK3).
I created a custom theme with an AOSP feel that permeates the ROM. Only a few APKs remain to be themed.
Many apps have been replaced with their AOSP/CM10 counterparts. All will be replaced in time.
The only Samsung apps remaining are required to provide basic functionality to the device.
Please don't ask me to replace any Samsung apps - not happening.

This ROM has better battery life than your other ROM. It's much smoother. It has more themeing on it. I love the wallpapers you added in it. I talked on the phone for quite a bit since that was a gripe I had with a few other roms where there was an annoying echo. This one had none of that. Video record volume was great. Everything just seems to work as it should. Best TW ROM available for our phones IMHO. Great job upndwn4par!:cyclops:

You can pull the apk's from another rom if you have to have them on it. I run both of them on mine. :good: I can post a link up of them when I get home later if you would like to use them. Just push to system/app and change permissions.

Introducing Kakudo Lite an app for faster app switching and multitasking.
WHAT IT DOES:
Kakudo allows users to switch between apps faster by just swiping. Swiping from the left or right sides of their devices opens the most recent open apps. If you want to copy text from a website to paste in a document, Kakudo makes it easier and faster to switch back and forth between your apps. Swiping up from the bottom and adding your most used apps to the Favorite Apps Drawer allows you to open your favorite apps without having to navigate back to the homescreen to do so. Adding toggles to the Favorite Apps Drawer allows you to turn them on without having to leave the app your currently in or to just check to see if the toggle is on/off since Kakudo's toggles show whether they are on/off.
Kakudo is also ergonomically designed to make it easier to use on larger screens. It's easier for your thumb to reach down when holding your device in the middle instead of up.
FEATURES:
- Swipe from the left or right to cycle through recent apps
- Swipe from the bottom to open your Favorite Apps Drawer
- Add your most used apps/toggles to the Favorite Apps Drawer (Limited to 7)
- Choose to start on boot
- Toggles indicate whether they are on/off
- Drag and Drop to reorder/remove apps and toggles from the Favorite Apps Drawer (Android Honeycomb and Above)
- True Swipe Detection
- Multi-Touch Mode
- Long Swipe or 2 (3 in Multi-Touch Mode) finger Swipe for All Recent Apps Window
- Kill Background Processes from the All Recent Apps Window
- Favorite Apps Drawer ergonomically design for easier use
- Minimal RAM/CPU footprint and closes fully when turned off
- Change sensitivity and size of swipe detection areas
- Adjust Icon size to best suit your preferences
-Languages Supported:
English, Spanish, German, Italian, Russian, Hungarian, Chinese, Portuguese, Polish, Romanian
UPGRADE TO PRO AND UNLOCK:
- Unlimited apps/toggles on Favorite Apps Drawer
- Favorite Apps Drawer on the Right Side
- One-Side Mode
- Change gravity location of side swipe detection areas
- Customize Favorite Apps Drawer Color and Opacity
-Choose from 8 Color Schemes or Create your Own
- Disable Notification Icon
- Additional features to come...
ADDITIONAL INFO:
- Apps may not launch when at the home screen, this is not a problem with Kakudo it is a bug with the Android system
- GPS toggle may not work on all devices (Use GPS Settings instead)
- A Persistent Notification is required by Android to allow Kakudo to stay open
- Killing App Background Processes removes them to free up memory and does NOT close them
- If you can help translate Kakudo to your language please go to https://applokaligo.appspot.com/app/#/projects/1775020

Could you make it vibrate when the app detects my swiping? At the moment I can't tell if the app is lagging or it's not detecting my swipes.
Edit: Early review, I'm mostly just using this app to "return" to my previous app after I respond to a message. It's very nice for that feature. I find the app drawer really hard to use because I have a navigation bar there.

Yes this will be coming in a future update. I only have tablets so it was hard for me to test this feature, but Google has just released an update to Google play that allows developers to upload betas and I have a few people who said they would help test features for me

I understand the difficulty with this but the app drawer swipe detection is just above the nav bar and it shouldn't interfere with the nav bar. It may take a little practice to not hit the nav buttons. Try going to the settings and testing the sensitivity to help with this. I may also include the ability to move the swipe bar so you can place it on any edge.
Thanks for the feedback

Thank you all for your willingness to help me test future updates. I am currently just learning how the new beta/alpha system works on the Play Developers Console, and as soon as I'm done I'll let everyone know how to become a beta tester for my app.
Again thanks for all the support and help.
Quite a useful app but impossible to fully use with pie controls. If only i was using the standard navbar.
EDIT
Turns out i was mistaken. All i needed to do was change my trigger size. Sorry if i gave anybody false impressions!
I ll try it, curiosity is my name..

OK I just finished setting up the beta testing and the beta is now available to download.
To become a beta tester you need to be apart of this Google Group: https://groups.google.com/forum/m/?fromgroups#!forum/kakudo-testers
After asking to join I will have to confirm you as a member which I will try to do as quickly as I can. Once your a member of the group you will see a topic that says Beta Link in the group. Go into that and click the link to get the beta version of the app.
As a beta tester you will have full access to Kakudo and I ask that you help improve my app. To do this you will have to participate in the group letting me know how the app is working. If at anytime someone isn't giving feedback about the app updates, I will email them asking if they still want to be a tester. If I don't receive a response I will remove you from the group and you will lose access to the beta version.
Anyone interested just go to the group link and ask for permission to join the group.
Thanks in advance for everyone willing to help.

Pretty lame guys. I'm willing to help out, test, and provide feedback/logs/etc., but only giving testers access to the lite version is kinda silly imo for two reasons: (1) the only incentive a tester has is pure altruism and early access to new lite features, as such most rational humans will opt to stick with stable lite releases (i.e. you guys get useful information, but what do we get?); and (2) without access to beta pro versions many features will be untested.
I signed up to your group under the screen name "meeeee" feel free to remove me, unless you're gunna reconsider your lite tester policy.

It is the FULL PRO VERSION, as I clearly state multiple times. The code for the 2 apps is exactly the same. There are 2 lines of code that changes between them disabling certain features in the Lite version and in the beta version I use the same code as the pro version. The only cosmetic difference is it still says Kakudo lite which I was going to change in the next beta update.
Clearly you didn't download the app or read the descriptions of the lite and pro version.
As I understand it if I did the beta testing under the pro version it would still require users to pay. This is a brand new feature to the developer console and every developer is still learning how best to use it.
If you still want to be a tester hopefully this clears up any misconception you may of had. If I don't hear from you by tomorrow afternoon I will remove you from the group as per your request.

Pretty slick app, unfortunately I found a way to crash the app on demand, which kind of sucks. I sent logs and detailed information to the developer, hopefully helping to make this app even better.
Hope to give it a shot soon

Great app all it needs is some customization to the task bar
enable/disable app dividers
enable/disable glossy and or gradient overlay (so it wont make things look to flat)
Transparency
Full RGB color
This could turn into its own light weight launcher with benifits of having the fetures it has now. All it needs is a very simple ipadish homescreen (the light weight part is there is no app/widget joor) and then throw in a feture to open preview windows of all apps open and launcher for easy tasking between 2 or more apps.
Just throwing out ideas this could be another project

My bad, I apologize and feel like a bit of an ass. Yeah I did not even try to dl it initially, but I did read the description which is the same as the normal one for the lite version in the playstore and that would lead one to believe it is not a full version. But at any rate I did go back and try to dl the beta, but unfortunately playstore said it is not compatible with my device. Thus I cannot test it and you can remove me to make room for others. Sorry again, I won't wast any more of your time, and gl it seems like a promising app that could out perform its competition.

Thanks for the log and image. I have already fixed the empty app from appearing (I had the code to save part of the remove on top of the code to remove). I am working on moving the settings into an activity instead of a window so hopefully that will fix that problem. The one where I think your getting it to crash on demand (Clicking the app multiple times), however is a bit trickier and has to do with the StandOut library focus listener. I can't seem to find what is causing it to crash.

Thanks for the ideas. There is a slight gradient on the colors that are included with the app (perhaps I should mess around with this some more to make it look better). In the Pro version you can set the fav app drawer to any color and any opacity that you want (although if you choose this there isn't a gradient).
Bought the full version, try swiping up from bottom for app drawer and it force closes the whole entire app altogether. I'll continue testing though.

Upon the time a long ago
I had iPhone - of number four
A great device - you might have said,
But only anger mine was great.
Some toggles, widget, something? Where?
No, no, my boy, I'll be sincere
You don't need those, my boy, nowhere.
But then one thing suprised my mind
The music controls - little diamond!
And shortly after I've been hit
With the idea in forehead
"I'll make those controls, but not here.
Android phone - it will be great!"
So then Eclipse IDE I took
To look like real Java cook.
And then I coded very hard
And then this story calmly start...
CURRENT VERSION: 3.1
You've definetely seen Control Center apps in Google Play. There is no doubt they are handy. Control your music, toggle some Wi-Fi like a boss...and that's from anywhere! Isn't it great?
"YAWN BUT I HAVE STATUSBAR".
Great, my friend, really great answer! But...Statusbar is:
a) On top of your phone, which can be a real pain in the afingers, if you have some modern phone with gargantuan 5inch display.
b) It can be unavailable in some apps.
c) Not every manufacturer puts some neat controls in your statusbar. And not all people love to see notification toggles as a separate notification.
So, if one of those three reasons are about you, then you have to try one of those Control Centers. But there is another problem.
THEY ARE ALL TRYING TO MIMICK iOS!
I mean, seriously?
I've bought my Android Phone because that's ANDROID! I don't want to have app that copies iOS interface!
So...here is where I step in. Or, more correctly, where my app steps in.
Quick Control Panel. It has the same idea as all of those Control Centers, but it's a different story.
I've designed it to be Android way. What does it mean?
Well...here is "what does it mean".
-It's Holo style.
-It's customizability.
-It means everything is working correctly.
What about customizability?
Well...you don't want to see music controls, but you want to see toggles? Fine, just disable music controls.
You want the opposite? Just do it, open the settings and change it.
You want different animation? Go on, select one that's suitable for you.
You want to swipe left to open app? Come on, you can do it.
You want to have your dock with flashy semi-transparent colors? Go on, you can choose your favourite color for everything.
You want to reorder your toggles? That's a piece of cake.
Want to have a brutal rectangle around your toggle icons, or want a clean icon without a border? Do it!
You want custom shortcuts icons? Just go and pick up photo of yourself for your favourite awesome app, because you are using this app, and all the people who use this app are awesome!
What about correct work?
Well, it's easy. If you see something on the screen - then it works.
Music controls? They work, they even show you your music artist and song title! That's because it acts the same as default Android lockscreen.
Want to toggle your Wi-Fi, data, sound mode? Do it!
Want to change brightness? Do it!
And about "control from everywhere". You can swipe to start this app, or you can just call it the same way you call Google Now. This is incredibly convenient when you're playing your favourite game with player on, and your the least favourite song kicks in(we all have the song which we don't really like but somehow keep them in our playlist). What do you do? Close your game, which will most likely result in lost progress? NO! You just open Quick Control Panel like a boss, and switch the song!
So, what are you waiting for? Ah, screenshots! Of course! Here are some:

If I actually did help, how bout a Thanks
I like the idea, but 4.3 version just FCs on nightly 809 CM10.2 build. I tried disabling everything except music player control and it's still a no go.
Nicely made app, works very well...just not my cuppa tea.
Good job :cyclops:

That's because I'm a stupid piece of...! I've messed up, APK with V18 on the end is for Android 4.3. Now it's fixed.
It works fine on my phone Android 4.1, good job
Pretty good. But can the OP please add update dates in the title so we can keep track of it? Good work

Great work indeed. Tried a couple of similar apps that didn't perform as good as this one. Cheers:thumbup:
Also, I'm currently working on a 1.2.4 version, which will not bring new features, but will add:
-Date format customization
-24/12 hour time format selection
-App data backup

No worries, seems to be working fine now, thanks!
Edit: Nevermind, it makes my Note 2 hang on reboot. I thought it was because it was the wrong version but it still happens with v1.8

That's really weird. It doesn't happen with other Note 2...oh wait. You do have unofficial ROM?
And check, if it's really my app.

Yeah, it's nightly CM 10.2 build 809. It happens every time I install your app, as soon as I restore the backup right before I installed it it works fine again. Is there any way I can help you troubleshoot what the issue is?

Try to disable swipe detection in ACC Settings, and then reboot. Does it work then?

Still hangs, but I didn't think an app would make it hang at the Samsung logo. I am starting to think it's the ROM not your app. Has anybody else have success running it on 4.3?

Wait. It hangs on Samsung logo? That's crazy. I thought that maybe Swipe Detector somehow kills it, because it starts on bootup, but now...I can't understand, really.

Yeah, I am confused myself why an app would have that effect, but it only happens with your app installed, very strange.

Can you send me a logcat of your bootup? Maybe I will get something useful from there.

Hi Guys!
wanna play with your lock screen or notification area on your galaxy note 5? OK, Samsung just introduced a new app named Good Lock which puts a ton of functionality right on your lock screen and notifications area .
Actually it's an enhancement to SYSTEMUI.
Good Lock is only available in the US for now(You can find this app on GALAXY APPS), APK file available for download for anyone who wants to try it out( download from attached file).
From being able to keep some notifications in the notification shade for as long as you want to putting widgets on the lock screen for quick access, Good Lock offers a lot of features. It even replaces the notification shade with an interface straight from stock .

Thanks for sharing. Tried a little bit but not convinced at least not for now. It might be just the beginning of smth cool unless samsung will just stop here with no more updates. We'll see.
BTW - the app uninstall after few minutes by itself so seems really just like an alpha for now.

It's not a lockscreen. Actually is a SystemUI replace. It disables the stock one and uses the downloaded one (package installer shows it as "SystemUI" instead of the app's name). Once installed the original SystemUI will be disabled and you will need to reboot to apply the new one.
It looks good. But as they said before it's more like an alpha rather than a finished product. Animations are a bit laggy, the only supported language is english and the settings menu lacks of vital things to make it worthy. Even the Recent Apps panel was replaced with a list which is not really useful at all.
I think that more languages, Theme store integration, improved performance and the good old multitasking menu would make this SystemUI perfect. Uninstalled for now, but I'm impressed because it's the first time I seen a SystemUI being replaced by an user app in the history of Android.
be careful. UI system is very unstable. I myself use samsung note 5 (920C) stock version. and to section Routines - I can once to change the configuration. if the second tries ,. the phone restarts and deletes installed Good Lock apk. and again it is a standard system UI.
anybody else having random reboot s ?
It's pretty much stable for me.. about 4-5 days using it and didn't have even one random restart!

How did you change colour i dont like purple
Sent from my SM-N920C using XDA-Developers mobile app
newer version out guys
hope it will fix the bugs
The Update is nice.
Basically to make the best use of this without issues, just edit the "Default" routine. Routines, as far as I can tell, just change functionality based on time and/or location. The Notification shade color uses the "Default", which I am guessing will change when alternate routines criteria are met.
I personally like the UI. The latest update adds screen brightness on the top minimum Quick Settings so you don't have to expand it.
Here are my settings:
Disabled the App tray on the lockscreen (I like a minimal lock screen)
Setup Default profile with a white/blue color palate and a personal choice of clock. Only have clock and notification widgets enabled.
Disabled the Lockscreen options (no color wallpaper or transition effect). Shares homescreen wallpaper with this option.
The Lockscreen Fingerprint reader works MUCH better than the stock Samsung one. AND it fixed the bug where it doesn't want to read a fingerprint on the pattern/pin screen. Plus it has a nice stock Android feel to the notification shade. The Swipe left to dismiss / swipe right to save notifications is a little hard to get used to. For me the swipe pattern for saving/dismissing notifications is backwards. The Recents menu is actually easier for me to use now. Easier to see a list of open apps vs scrolling a ton of times.
The only thing I don't like is:
Can't arrange Quick Setting icons in the Notification shade
Can't disable the Quick Launch icons in the Recents
Can't set a separate Lock Screen wallpaper.

which variant u have?
I am having a problem with s view cover not showing time when flipped close. Anyone else having similar problem?
Also if they allowed theming of the notification tray it would be perfect.
