I wanted changed my xperia e's build.prop to download unsupported game from Google play. I copyed original build.prop to internal memory and after edited it and reboot. No it don't terns on, there is showing just Sony logo. I know I just need replace my edited build.prop with original copied build.prop but how to do it??? PC couldn't read my phones internal memory because its off ;( What to do??? Will I be able to replace system file from PC??? My device is rooted Please help me guys ;(
Your device might be brick. Please tell me your Device model, build #, etc.

My device is Sony xperia e dual (c1605), build version 2.3.A.3 (I don't remember exactly) Android 4.1.1, stock, default ROM, no any custom rom

Yes, it shows Sony logo, after black screen after Sony logo...

if your system was unlocked bootloader
I think the problem in the damaged file ...
should re-download and scandisk memory card before you copy the file
or its different kernel
after trying to rom my sony ericson xperia neo v to have jellybean on my device
i got the error message status 7 so i choose the "repeat system now" option
but something went wrong (i did format system and format data not just wipe)
now my phone only displays sony logo then nothing happens
now i cannot enter recovery mode and cannot open my phone with its ics os
just sony logo
what can i di?

Somehow i got past this issue...I tried flashing the firmware again.
And it worked.
My phn ws back to normal. btw m using Neo V.
However, my problem come after that. I am unable to install any custom ROMS, like; MIUI or Pureness http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1825268
Kindly help.
Try to use SonyPC Companion and re-install orignal firmware again........

He mean just reflash the rom you was flashing when your phone bricked..........
But, i think you have to restore your phone to the original conditions before flash a new rom.......try to use pccompanion or update service......(you can download from sony web site).

hi guys i recently edited my build prop now my phone is stuck on the black screen i was able to flash cwm onto the phone i tried flashing stock 4.4.4 kitkat from sony and it says error i dont know what to do can someone please help
