Just use UnlockRoot app in Windows... it's free (although with some terms that you must install a babylon IE bar), and just one click and the process is pretty straight forward and doesn't take too much time...

IF the flashing process was completed successfully (no errors) then it shoudnt be a problem.
For further assistance i will need to know if you can or cannot get into fastboot mode (blue LED) or flash mode (green LED).If you can then to recover you can use the flashtool (here).Just download the stock .ftf file and flash to stock ROM.
Hope this helps..:good:

[Q] XPeria J CWM not working

My Xperia can boot into recovery all right but it doesnt turn on in NORMAL mode . When I press the power button the SONLY LOGO comes up and then the phone turns off.
I had to repair it using PC Companion. Can you tell what the problem is . I changed the model number in build.prop too but it didnt help.
Can you please provide a working CWM for Xperia J ?

that cwm only works on .18 & .28 fw. thats why most people like me with unlockable bootloaders are stuck on primitive stock fw no one has developed a proper cwm for locked bootloaders yet

sony xperia c3 dual rooting

how to sony xperia c3 dual rooting ? plz answer .
looking "guide root xperia c3" through the search http://forum.xda-developers.com/sony-xperia-c/general/guide-root-sony-xperia-c3-dual-d2502-t2973589
Hi i just followed all your methods and rooted successfully but the only problem is the SONY logo is distorted and shown at down below the screen.
This makes it hard for me since I'm a shop owner and had to sell it to customers. (They won't buy a phone which logo is distorted and not original. )
Can someone point me to where I could restore the original boot.img (i think this will fix it.)
Regards,
FrozenFire.

I don't have reboots. Roote, with Locked bootloader.
How did you get reboot? What you did/install on your phone? Try doing factory reset of repair with Pc companion.
Good Luck.

Try to take logcat to see what is the problem. Download Android sdk tools, in tools folder you'll find monitor.bat, there you have logcat option.
If you have warranty just take it to Service.
Good Luck.

Finally i got it solved. Only when i made
the 3ยช hard reset but this time with the
"backup data" settings turned off and
the "Automatic restore"turned off in the
same settings, it worked. I think some
aplication update was causing the
problem and it is happening in a lot of
M2 devices. It is a shame that we can't
downgrade the apps frm the store.
Which app was it then?, I use both those functions just fine so can't be using it.
i have the same problem just it won't give me the factory mode
what should i do?

I Wiped my system by accident ( Xperia Z3 D6633)

i tried that but it doesn't work it gives me an error when i connect the phone
and my bootloader is still locked
Can u still access the recovery?
I'm assuming yes then why don't you try a custom ROM.
Just search the XDA Forum. Your ll get official ROM as well.
perss volume up and power for a while
It will shut down your phone
Then, dont connect your phone to pc
use xperia companion and choose repair
Finally press volume down and connect to pc
I tried that and it didn't work but i fixed it
i can't access recovery or use xperia companion because it gives an error but i fixed it by downloading an ftf and flashing it with flashtool i then updated my phone to marshmallow with xperia companion, but thank you for replying
