Maybe answer is CM11-FAQ:
"I heard on KitKat the statusbar is transparent. Why not in this rom?"
We have enabled the low_ram token by default. This disables the transparent effects and saves ram. If you want the statusbar transparent, open your appdrawer and choose ariesparts. Now go to "Enable/Disable Low Ram" and press the switch button, reboot and done!
I know it's not generally allowed to ask for this, and dev would be wasting time with this, but a mirror would be nice since 4shared is way too slow for me.

Download and copy the latest CMobile ROM to SD Card
Reboot to Recovery Mode
Select Wipe data and cache
Select install zip from sd card
Select choose zip from sd card
Select the new CMobile ROM
Select Yes - Install update
Wait until the Installation is finish
Select Wipe data and cache
Select Wipe cache partition
Select reboot system now
Do This Settings To Experience Best Of CyanMobile (Recommended)

1. Disable GPS and Data wen not in use [saves lots of battery] [cyanmobile locator continuously drains battery through gps]
2. Go to Setting/Application/Preferred install location/ and choose an option according to ur wish >> this is for system integrated moving of apps into sd card or ext partition. [NO NEED OF ANY SCRIPT LIKE AMARRULZ or APPS2SD etc...]
3. Go to CyanMobile Setting/Application Settings >> Do the Following =

[*]tick allow application moving
[*]choose install location
[*]do not tick permission management [might give a FC]
[*]use phone goggles if u want to filter calls/msg's

4. Now go into Display Settings and do the following -

[*]tick bravia engine
[*]rest all options depend on your taste ;)

5. Go to Input Settings and do the following =

[*]Go to long press home settings/check task switcher and choose no. of recent apps to 15

[*]choose center clock for best view ;)

[*]clock font size and am/pm style depends on u ;)
[*]scroll down a bit and u will find carrier lable type...in that choose custom label
[*]now u can write ur own name as carrier lable and u can always display it on status bar !
[*]u can also choose its colour, font size and postion i.e; center left or right.

[*]now from here all the customization depends on u ;)
[*]u can choose status bar font size, icon size, HEIGHT, backgroud

If that also doest work simply do a "hot reboot" by long pressing the power menu button and navigating to this option. Hot reboot is for restarting the framework and systemUI in case something like above happens ;)

yea why we need 3 roms that are the same. And it isnt that great on our devices its little slow.
I know a lot of people love CyanMobile but its not that great on fit

i havent tried your rom yet,but just wanted to know can we use S2E in this release of yours?
as i use to get a bootloop after installing and configuring it.

I have this problem too... all of CM11 rom I have tested, the stable one is Pound ROM, smooth, and until now I didnt find any problem yet...

guess i had to jump back to pound rom or wait for the stable slimkat release
Camera is working here as expected. Only problem faced so far sometimes fails to unlock using swipe when in coming call. Got to use power button to lock and unlock it. Seems like all cm11 is battery hungry in this early stage. Anyway good ROM to use as a daily device.

(no matter if you're new to this ROM or flashing updates)
1. Make sure you're using the latest recovery for your device
- https://www.clockworkmod.com/rommanager

2. Download the latest update for your device
(either check http://download.dirtyunicorns.com or hit the TEST Builds tab HERE and find the latest)
3. Move anything that you think is important over to your Desktop or upload it to dropbox or whatever (pictures, music, etc)
4. Backup your apps via Titanium backup or equivalent app and either upload them to dropbox or onto your Desktop
5. Reboot into recovery
6. Wipe everything. This doesn't mean just system or factory settings. This means EVERYTHING!
Tap on Wipe/Advanced Wipe and check the following and swipe to wipe
- Dalvik Cache
- Cache
- Data
- Internal Storage
- System
- MicroSD (some devices don't have this option)
7. Move the ROM zip over to your sdcard either by mounting USB storage or adb
8. Flash the ROM zip
9. Let it boot
10. Reboot back into recovery
11. Flash whatever GAPPS (as long as it's 4.4.X)
12. ENJOY!!

When reporting bug's, or requesting new features, the best way to make sure your heard, and a sure fire way to get things done is using our Jira site. Remember, before you post anything, take into consideration what your issue is. Could it be a gapps issue? Are you running a different kernel than the one provided that could be causing problems? I am on sprint and havent received an incoming call to verify, but I have an issue hanging up an ended call, it freezes for about 20 sec's or longer and then I have to close it and clear recents.

Installation instructions
INSTALLATION:
1- Untick reactivation lock in security settings
2- do a EFS backup
3- check the MD5 of your downloaded X-Note rom zip
4- reboot recovery
5- wipe data is REQUIRED otherwise you will have errors (don't do other wipes)
6- install zip and choose the rom in your sd
7- power off after installation, remove battery (NO REBOOT)
8- reboot system.
9. Before asking, look at my videos (see above) on HOW-TO use xnote app and x-transformer app
10- done, have fun

This is just AWESOME... X-Note was my favorite ROM for my Galaxy Note 3 (Snapdragon) now I have a Note 4 (Exynos) and I thought I wouldn't see X-Note again.

Depends on you You can use any n910c kernel i am on stock one right now ?
Aosp theme you will have to download from XNote App ?
But it works perfectly ? and full multidpi finally on N910c

Root permission and Custom recovery (PhilZ Touch 6.48.4 or twrp-2.8.7.0) is required for flashing any custom rom so make sure you are done this part.
Make sure your phone is fully charged to 100%.
Now follow as below:
Download the ROM zip and make sure md5sum is matched then transfer to your phone
Flash odin latest modem and bootloader from here thanks @dkonect and make sure it's updated correctly
Boot the phone into Recovery Mode
Do a FULL wipe: Dalvik Cache, Cache, Data, System even if coming from a port rom
Flash rom
The first boot may take 15-20 min
After booting up in setting wizard make sure to uncheck diagnostic data
