Basically, I own a rooted android tablet and I am wanting to skygo to work but with the device being rooted and wont work, is there a way around it?

Very new at this.
I have som issues with My Mk809II
Netflix and viaplay dosen´t work.
At first I thought that the device was rooted. but it is not.
Have checked with root check app and no access to the root

I simply want to be able to use my native hotspot to tether to a tablet, for free. I looked and didnt find any method to get this to work without rooting. But did I miss something? Do programs like FoxFi and stuff work anymore? or is my only option to root?

(i am not a newb, i have a LG phone and samsung tab S both rooted, CM12 on the tablet, and Xposed and hotspot unlocked on the phone. This S5 is my friends that im trying to either get free tether mainly, or root if needed, to get the tether)

I wonder if is there any way to run Barclays Mobile App without unrooting the device. Root Cloak seems to not work and disabling SuperSu to run Barclays also won't work. The app still "knows" the phone is rooted.
Something to circumvent this limitation would be just great.

Was hoping someone could help me out as I'm new to Android rooting. I got a Giada F210U unit which supports Android 5.1.1.
Loaded the default Android image from the manufacturers website and am now trying to get the play store up and running as I want to turn this device into a home media player that can have apps like netflix installed.
The device lets me download and install APK's but then does nothing when I try to open them which I assume is due to the device being locked.
Tried loading Kingo Root, I Root and multiple others to no avail. They at least load but when trying to root they all fail.
Anyone got any advice as to how I should go about getting this device rooted?

I used to hav my device rooted for a while, but switched back to Stock Rom and unroot. I get OTA and some Apps which weren´t running before work now.
BUT some are not, the phone still knows it was rooted once and wont let me use all apps.
Is there a waychanging that behaviour to fabric like new samsung phone which never was rooted?
as i use the phone for work as well my main concern is the not Working In tune App of Micrososft.
Hope there is a way to get that working soon.

There are some work arounds if it's rooted.
If no longer rooted Knox's efuse has been tripped by the previous rooting. Since it's physical device similar to a programmable prom, it can't be unburned.
