Help I accidentally uninstalled the Samsung keyboard - Verizon Samsung Galaxy S III

I accidentally uninstalled the Samsung keyboard and can't find one that works by putting the all in system/app and fixing permissions and rebooting. I am on the 4.3 it's rooted. What do I do?

You should install the Samsung Galaxy s4 or Note2 keyboard instead and there're plenty of them around.

Try these 2:
Note2
https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B3TzVZoOJlf7eTN4UkpSQS01YzQ/edit
S4:
http://d-h.st/xIO
Let me know if they're working for you.
EDIT: There is a trick to push these files to /system/app folder. See this video for details http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mJGbiSkom9M

You could also just flash a no-wipe 4.3 ODIN file. it will un-root you however but you can always re-root.

Neither of those worked

yes. It is slow and buggy. The phone restarts more often.
you can try it yourself, there are plenty of guides, maybe I was following an old one (I don't recall which guide it was neither the version of apk, sorry)

That's odd I just flashed the file in the link a few posts back using twrp and it works just fine. I ended up using the flash tool (in the original thread) to remove it but that stuffed up my voice search.
Sent from my LG-P920 using xda app-developers app
I flashed it in twrp as well and when it booted up, my persistent search bar was gone, so I flashed it again and it came back. When I hit the microphone on there and it'll go to a white screen then close out

Adobe flash Player

Can someone please help me install adobe flash player?
I'm in. Clean rom 5.5.1 and can't seem to figure it out.
Tried downloading an apk twice and was unsuccessful.
Thank you!

Whet are you downloading from? How are you installing? What's the error message?
Sent from my SCH-I535 using xda app-developers app
No error message.
During the aroma install I checked the box for Adobe flash but it is not working.
Do I uninstalled it and am looking for a different apk or flashable version.
I also just tried to manually install an apk and it did nothing. So I deleted that one.

So you don't have flash player settings in your app drawer?

Yes. I do... But when I click on it nothing happens. I get directed to a Web page that won't open

Then you have flash. Make sure you're using a browser that supports it, chrome doesn't. I know stock does.

Nope....
The Twiz launcher won;t run without the samsung framework. Having the .apk s will do you no good.
I got the phone version of touchwiz ux to install and work. I used the tw.lib files and the launcher apk and put them in the correct places.

OK, so which model tab? You can get the apk from one of the matching stock based ROMs.
Try this one.
I need one from a 7 inch model.

Error in cache/fota/sys update. having a hard time finding a solution. Unfroze vzw apps, temp unroot with ota. All apps utd No luck. Any ideas?

After accepting the update, cwm fails to install it. I see an error. Which I stated in the op. I'm not dying to get the update but more interested in why its not recognized. Stock/rooted/locked bootchain. For now I just froze the update so I don't get the notification every 30sec.
Sent from my SCH-I535 using xda app-developers app
Ahhh. Its because you have a custom recovery. The MF1 update only seems to work with the stock recovery.

Might also fail if they have a different baseband from their rom base.
Ah ha, thanks for the input. Makes sense.

Were you able to resolve it? If so what was the issue? I think there is an OTA error log somewhere. Maybe /cache or /fota? I'm not sure where exactly, someone mentioned it before.

Hmm, do you recall modifying your SystemUI, installed Google Wallet, accidentally uninstall a system app, or make any framework changes? Did you find an error log I mentioned earlier?
Edit: Actually it should help if you try damnyouwaffles' suggestion, you can reflash the stock recovery by downloading EZ Recovery. Unfreeze "smd" and see if that helps.
Yes, I now recall I deleted systemUI.odex in system/app. it fixed an issue I was having with a mod I was doing.

Take a look here - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1831152
Use the second metod in the above thread - http://rootgalaxynote.com/galaxy-no...-galaxy-note-10-1-easiest-methodcwmmethod-2/#
Also make sure that you uncheck auto-reboot in odin if you are using the latest firmware, or you will lose CMW on reboot.
Ps: I recommend using TWRP after rooting using the above method. You can simply install TWRP using GooManager from the Play Store - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.s0up.goomanager

No, used in my friend note 10.1 not even a week ago, with the latest firmware, and it work flawlessly
But in newer version you need to uncheck auto-reboot! And manually reboot to recovery.
