Look in the TWRP thread, TWRP has an option to flash OTA`s and keep root. Don`t know if it also applies for the Moto G yet. You can receive an OTA but you can`t install it directly when you have a custom recovery installed.

Allright. And if i alrdy flashed CWM, can i just "overflash" it with a TRMP image or any other Stock Recovery image via fastboot?
Thanks for your help!

Look in the CWM thread too, maybe it has the OTA flashing option too. Yes, you can overwrite a custom recovery with a new custom recovery but also in cmd type: fastboot erase cache after you flash a new recovery.

Well i haven`t rooted my Moto G myself, but if the OTA flash option is not available in CWM/TWRP you have to flash a stock image to get the OTA or flash a KK based custom rom.

Well. So i just have to extract a Stock Recovery Image from an 4.3 Stock Rom. Flash it via fastboot and then erase cache and im fine?

No, OTA`s can only be installed on a stock rom, kernel and recovery. If anything is altered or vital system components deleted the OTA will not install.

What did you expect you flashed an OTA update. Unless you use something like OTA Root Keeper you are gong to lose root. Just use one of the many ways to root your device. I use Wug Fresh for rooting and installing a custom recovery.

how about rooting this 4.2 ??
I just updated and rooted with the same CWM package I used for 4.1.2 rom.
how to root it
use which super su.zip?
You can root it with the Nexus 7 ToolKit. Tested and working for me.
Or you can root manualy, by pushing rhe CWM recovery to system in Fastboot mode and installing the SU from CWM.
Beware of the Bootloader 4.13 that also made the issue of not recognizing the custom recovery - need to downgrade bootloader to 3.34 first.
In my case the recovery remained unchanged. I didn't had to downgrade anything.
How do I un-root?

That depends on a lot of things.
Are you stock rooted, or are you running a custom ROM?
If you are stock rooted, do you have a custom recovery installed?
There are a bunch of ways to unroot. If you are stock rooted with stock recovery, you can remove SuperUser and the files associated with superuser in (going from memory) xbin.
If you have a (working) custom recovery (that you did not use ROM Manager to update) then you can simply flash the stock firmware in recovery (unzip the file from Asus 1 time).
If you have a TF101 (non-3G version) you can use NVFlash or EasyFlasher to flash back to stock in APX mode.
I am running KatKiss and CWM. I have superSU, and there is an option for "Full Unroot". Not sure if this would work, since I need stock rom. Would I do the full unroot, then just flash the stock rom? what would I do with the custom recovery then?
If I were to flash the stock rom, wouldn't it still be rooted, and also have custom recovery? I need to set it back to all stock and factory defaults

No, you don't need a microSD card so long as your recovery can see the internal storage.

Here is a guide for how to setup ADB http://www.redmondpie.com/how-to-set-up-android-adb-and-fastboot-on-windows-tutorial/ which is the hardest part for most users imo. The flashing is as @jd1639 says.
Is there anyway of flash a future offical firmware update (4.4.1 for example) with the twrp in the same way that a custom rom? Is there any official web where download the official firmware?

Not the official Google image as it will not install on a modified system, a modded one might be possible. But whats the point, might as well have a deodexed custom rom then.

1. Setup adb if you haven`t, see for the link my previous post above for how to
2. Download factory image from here https://developers.google.com/android/nexus/images
3. Extract the downloaded image with 7-zip and then extract image-hammerhead-krt16m once and in the folder you find the recovery.img file
4. Flash that file in fastboot with the command: fastboot flash recovery recovery.img and after that type fastboot erase cache and reboot. That`s it.

Because your kernel overwrites the recovery with the one that' s within the kernel, because it is a kernel with recovery.
Flash only TWRP .img file via adb.
