Go to recovery by pressing the VOLUME UP key and the POWER BUTTON till Superfone Logo is displayed,
Enable back button by scrolling 3 times.
Select MOUNTS AND STORAGE
FORMAT /system
FORMAT /data
Select WIPE DALVIK-CACHE from Advanced
Select INSTALL ZIP FROM SD CARD
Select SELECT ZIP FROM SD CARD
Select Dark Angel.zip
After installing, press the power button to go back and select REBOOT SYSTEM NOW

you have to root it before flashing and NEED cwm too.

Its de-odexed properly
and will work on reboot options, but it comes with lidroid toggles and I cant figure out which values to change
its different from samsung roms
working on it.

format and re partition ur sd card...

Bluetooth media streaming fix:
just replace these files in appropriate location

GPS is broken in dark angle..
returned back to stock rom to recheck not a problem q\with my handset.

there is no inbuilt gps in this phone...so it's not a problem with dark Angel...

there is builtin GPS in the phone..
IT works awesome on stock ROM.

i wanna try this rom on my micromax a87,
but i didn;t installed cmw on my phone,
i tried many thread but its too tough to install cmw recovery in micromax a87.
will u please tell me the easy way for installing cmw.
or give me an link.

I tried your rom on my Multiphone 4020 Duo - is a clone of micromix a87, but with more ram, and may be better camera.
In stock rom in camera settings i can select more than 2MP (even 5MP). The quality visual better in stock rom.
Ur ROM don't have other language instead english. May be you can add russian too.
And last one what i check is light sensor is not used. I can select autobrightness in settings. In stock rom i have this and is working not bad.

I'm sorry but this is based on stock Micromax rom which is itself modified for this phone only.
I wont be able to build a rom for your phone without your stock rom.
You should use your stock rom and install "Rom Toolbox" to add custom changes

Still have Micromax Bloatware
I installed Dark Angel v1 after a clean wipe and still have Micromax Launcher and other bloatware.
Any ideas why?

FAQs
Proximity sensor not working!
- A87 Doen't have proximity sensor included in the HARDWARE!
Cannot Mount USB storage
- Disable the swap you'r using [OR] Goto CWM>Mounts and storage>Mount USB Storage
- Install Prestigio 4020 Duo drivers on your PC
Icons overlapping with clock in statusbar!
- If you want center clock like Jelly Bean You'll have to deal with it!
Apps Force closes!
- Freeze/Uninstall the background unwanted apps, Clear dalvik-cache, Reinstall app

They were all very unstable!, the status Bar used to close automatically , Network problem, Settings didn't opened When Data connection was turned on a white screen used to display . . and many more! SO I didn't post them!

I flashed it on Baby P. Rom..the look is really good...but 80% of applications are force closed...cant get anything run on it.
dont know if i am the only one facing it.
and can anyone add the slide notification like ics or jb to it..?
the best part of this rom is...that the notification bar looks so empty and those ****ty 3g and g signs are gone

This is just simply awesome! I just flashed it today. But there's a problem. I think gallery is not been included so I had to extract the gallery apk from another custom ROM and then convert it to system app using link2sd. Please look into it, and once again, great rom!! :thumbup:

its use normal ddensity 240pi? its look way big for me. well i like 240 pi.
gps not accurate.
font are using white colour, so sometimes its cant be seen in some app.
loading screen on facebook didnt spin.
request, clean rom remove some gapps except playstore.
the rest (UI, Boot, etc) are very excelent bro.

Yes the density is 240
GPS not accurate has nothin to do with ROM, its the prob of hardware

The ROM is Fantastic, I have a couple of suggestions and questions...
Are you doing any mods for this ROM? If so, can you make a mod where we can completely disable SIM 2 (The icon dissappears from Status Bar)
I really think you should make a guide on how to mod our MMX A87 and we should request XDA Forums to make a device forum for A87.
I say this ROM is the best ROM ever for MMX. The way I see it, these are the best ROMs I know of:
1: Project Dark by Manas!
2: Jelly Bean by Ibnu!
3: Baby Prestigio!

After using this ROM for a couple of days. I've noticed a lot of bugs and FCs. Manas, I suggest that you turn this ROM into a beta.

viper already added,and 13mp camera tweak is fake.....and i will make patch for missing feature and provide it via OTA.

I already solved the camera problem using SGalaxy V.2 camera fix patch.. But, Viper audio has not all options for tweaking the sound quality which i found all previous Roms made by "TeaM DaRkDrOiD" . In this Rom everything is quite good but not giving good sound quality.It's just original stock Rom.. Please focus on Viper . It really needs to improve ... I will be waiting for ur next update .. But, till then i'm going back to my previous Rom SGalaxy S.2 by "TeaM DaRkDrOiD"...But, Thank You for ur great effort..

Urgently Desired Color OS ROM
Hi Manish,
Color OS ROM on Kitkat with working Weather & FM Radio is urgently desired. Pl see the feasibility.

Just flashed vibe ui 2. No doubt, another awesome ROM as expected from you manish. But finding Chinese text in some apps including browser, search bar, user center etc is little disappointing as it was present in latest color os too.
Please try to fix this Manish (if possible)

if you talking about app (in green android in launcher) that is mark of I deleted all Chinese apps...jst hold on it and delete it......on other apps...since the rom is from china....so u will get some chinease text in some apps....will try to convert Chinese to english.....

contacts not syncing with google.....every time crashes contact manager when create a new contact.
its not restoring contacts with super backup app and any other apps every time crashes.
and its not pre rooted

Well...I guess I deleted some google apps ..thats why causing....flash 4.4.2 Gapps pack.....and also go to contacts app>settings>about phonebook>update it here ..

I just checked and working fine...
do one thing ...clear data of contacts app
and open contacts app>go to settings>about phonebook>click on upgrade an update it...it will fix sync bug....

HOW TO INSTALL
Use custom KK recovery from here.
I prefer [CWM Advanced Edition] PhilZ Touch 6.57.9 - cwm 6.0.5.1.
(Internal sd-card refereed as sdcard00, external as sdcard01)
Download rom zip file.
Put into sd card.
Flash the desired recovery.
Boot into recovery.
BACKUP CURRENT ROM
Wipe for flash of new rom.
Or wipe data/system/delvic cache/cache.
Select Install From SD (Internal or External)
Select the zip file and Select YES
Reboot.
THINGS TOBE NOTED
First boot takes time 3-5 mins so be patient.
wait until it boots.

Some problem while installing google apps via play store. Need to restart the phone in order to get app installed.
But restore of google apps via titanium backup works fine.
Calendar app is today is not able to sync with google calendar. Tried installing google calendar, same result. No sync with google account calendars. Tried replacing the Google calendar sync apk from legend 8 ROM to system.. But no use..
Please check the same. If a bug can you provide a patch?
Google account shows error in sync... ( though contacts & mails are synced properly)
Else the ROM is with best material UI.. Will use it for some more time for review.

After 2-3 reboots gapps problem solved.
Calendar sync- solved.. Calendar sync apk in private apps was missing.. Copied it from legend 8. .. Now calendar syncs..
Nav bar can't be enabled.. Or at least I don't know how to enable it in this ROM.
Lock screen default widget can't be changed..

I feel legend ROM is way more better than this bro, using 3rd party lockscreen make in present , more over I always use pattern security in the system, so the 3rd party lock screen won't work, and if I enable pattern in 3rd party lock screen I have to put even when I have to attend a incoming call, it bit annoying

Also having this problem with camera and lock screen settings

Have just removed L lock screen... Instead have replaced keylock.apk from legend 8 ROM in order to enable custom widget as default. Now the the ROM is complete with exception of navbar. Still the best, fastest and most stable ROM till date.
Google camera is amazing... This is the first Google camera fully working for me... With photosphere... So useful feature for me as an architect. Now I'm able to see or show someone my site virtually. Thanx Google & @avi .

gesture doesnt work on this phone..so you got FC..normal.
for camera just go to settings/apps/camera and wipe cache. reboot.:good:
