You can flash chocobread on any rom..i flashed over cm7.2 rc5.4 using ddkti baseband n works like charm..

yes you can flash any rom over any rom as long as they are in the same android version
ie. gingerbread on gingerbread, froyo on froyo etc.
but you do need to exercise caution with custom builds like cyanogenmod.

It would help if you provided some info. What device are you using? Have you tried flashing Gapps?

Read through the ROM's thread to see if its a known issue. If not, try reporting it there (or ask in your device's section).

Maybe its just not included? You can always install a 3rd party camera anyways, or find any CM10 ROM and extract the camera app from that and install on your device.

it is the smoothest rom i have ever used

ya buddy it give more than 170+ ram after installing whatsapp and fb
using it for more than 1 week and rom is smoth

Hello I resently tried to flash 2 roms 1legoice fusion v3 2.ultimate galaxy ...
However both times I went into boot loop nd had to do recovery
Mine is rooted and cwm installed nd running on ics
It would be a huge help if you could find me a stable 4.3 or 4.2 rom
Also I am quite new to flashing

bro ultimate galaxy v4 is stable one even im using it too from 1 month no prob just follow flashing procedure and install kernel and patches becuz galaxy v4 play sore and rooting will not work so you have to install patch for it :good:

bro i am talking about 300 to 400 mb ram free so that the rom will consume only 100 ram

Tnx bro for ur help is there a touchwiz UI that requires just flashing be oz I have heard that kernals can be confusing and I don't wanna brick my my only source of entertainment (mob) I heard that if u mess up kernals u probably end up in hard boot loop

Bro if you don't want to update ur kernel, flash any ICS Rom.
But if you want Android 4.1.x or 4.2.x Roms, Flashing a 4.x kernel is a MUST.

1.is flashing kernal same like flashing a rom (steps)
2.I want to upgrade to jb coz most roms are job based
So could u plz give me a link to the above (with procedure)

Bro Kernel Flashing is just like flashing a ROM.
If you want to flash a JB 4.1.x Rom, Use this kernel
If you want to flash a JB 4.2.x Rom, Use this kernel
Easy steps -
Flash a Rom of your liking
Wipe cache
Got to advanced and Wipe dalvik cache
Flash your kernel
Reboot.:good:

yea bro its the same thing no big deal at all kernel flashing is easy
lets begin first of all u have to download http://d-h.st/F17 kernel and flash it this is 4.2 version ultimate galaxy v4 rom here is http://d-h.st/nHo rom link before flashing please 1. Take A Backup First {Recommended}.
2. Reboot Into Recovery.
3. Wipe Data > Wipe Cache> Wipe Dalvik Cache > Fix Permissions.
4. Flash Ultimate Galaxy V4.
5. Do Step 3 Once Again To Ensure Proper Wiping.
6. Reboot & Enjoy Your Galaxy.
and also flash the patches

Front cam works or not? Plz tell me because most of te ports have non working camera. If u know the bugs plz tell me and will i be able to reflash stock samsung firmware or not i dont want to mess up. Thnkx

I have not found any other bugs so far. Performance is good. Sound is good. Wifi and LTE works well. Fingerprint does not work. Using this ROM as my daily driver for almost 1 week now with no issues.

How is picture quality of cam? Is it better or worse tha stock? And plz tell me on which Build id you werebefore flashing this rom i am on stock Meashmallow With CPF2 bootloader. May i flash it directly?

Cam quality is same as stock. I even find the front cam to be better quality than stock but that might just be me. I flashed the Note7 Camera btw. I was on CPL1 rom/bootloader before flashing this rom.

How did you flash this rom because in instruction the author has not mentioned to WIPE SYSTEM, DATA, CACHE, DALVIK CACHE, which we normally do before flashing any rom. did u wipe these four components or simply overwrote on the old rom? Its strange developer is not answering to such important issues. if a person has no flashing experience he will suffer a lot.

Yes bro, you can install it in stock rom. just flash the recovery and factory reset and flash the rom.

Battery life is better than stock rom.
Magnetometer sensor (compass) is not working that's not huge problem.
Front flash is not working in stock camera , just install any third party app.

you have to flash gapps . arm64 . pico . ......Go to settings.>display.>live display>and select disable all adjustments, Ressurection remix has a lot of option and also fastboot enabled. so, you have to wait 20 sec for the settings to apply , and this is not a bug most of the rom have these problem:fingers-crossed:
