Download the Blackdroids Lie V6.1.zip
1.(RECOMMENDED) Be on a stock ROM, installation will be cleaner
2.Download the EXT4 tool, the Kernel and the Rom.
3.Flash on Samsung recovery (or your recovery if you are not on stock), my temp. CWM. You can find it HERE too, and choose your device.
4.When you are on the Temp. CWM, flash the EXT4 Formatter tool, so whole system will be converted to EXT4. (Stock filesystem is RFS)
5.After the installation, flash the kernel you have downloaded before.
6.When the Kernel is installed, go, on the CWM, to advanced --> reboot recovery (this will reboot the device, and turn it on on the new CWM of kernel)
7.Wipe data, cache and dalvik cache.
8.(IMPORTANT) Go to mounts and storage, and make sure system is mounted (will show unmounted), if it shows unmounted, click it twice, to make sure!
9.Go to install zip from SD Card, choose zip from SD card and install Blackdroids Lie v6.1.zip (MAKE SURE installation last more than 5 seconds, if is less than 5 secodns, your system is unmounted! repeat step 8).
10. After installation, go back and reboot system, if you made it good, ROM boots, so no problem on it.
- When fully booted happy testing , and don't forget to report you're findings and bugs.

Ported by CedArctic & Akateha (Team Pear Crew) and vampire36​​
The Ultimate Xperia Z Experience ported to our device. Today we brake the bridge between Xperias and the Desires/Inspires. The ROM is ported from the Xperia Arc S forums. The original ROM was created by rikadrahman. You can find the original thread here. The ROM is fully functional, I have been using it as my daily ROM for nearly 9 hours (LOL! ) . Anyways everything is working including the WiFi. The ROM when ported lacked all the features and the existent ones were misfunctioning. So the ROM was re-engineered with the features existent plus more (e.g Sociallife), also added some more Xperia-ish touches like the Xperia Z lockscreen etc. The ROM is fully fledged with all the latest Xperia features... Enjoy! ​
Version 4 is officially released with major bugs and performance improvements. All issues must be solved. The download music info bug requiers manual work (take a look at the bug section). To fix the chinese keyboard you must download an alternative keyboard (give feedback on that). Also the lockscreen issue has been solved, just flash the zip in the downloads section.And finally the google setup bug has been solved, just download and flash the new google apps when you reflash the new ROM. Enjoy!

How to install:​
For the status 7 error I found this in an other thread:
Just
do step 22 --3 times --- 1st time gives you a warning,,, 2nd time appears to install but on reboot takes you back to new updated recovery menu,,, 3rd reflash zip one more time, reboot ,,, good to go,,, ,,, back into recovery and then on to flash gapps
meaning once you boot into the new recovery,, you still need to flash the install 2 more times then reboot and wait

So You try flashing once, you get a warning and it aborts, the second time it appears to be installing but takes you back to a menu and then you reflash a third time and BOOM! the ROM installs. You reboot to recovery and install the rest of the zips. Someone test this and post in the comments. Thank you, I am doing my best to solve the issue.
For S-OFF:
1. Boot to Recovery
2. Factory Data reset
3. Wipe Dalvik
4. Format System
5. Install ROM Zip from Sdcard
6. Install Google Apps
For Unlocked Bootloaders:
1. Boot to Recovery
2. Factory Data reset
3. Wipe Dalvik
4. Format System
5. Install ROM Zip from Sdcard
6. Install Google Apps
7. Flash kernel (inside zip "boot.img") via fastboot.
Update to new version:
1. Download the new zip, the lockscreen fix, new google apps and inspiremod (if you have an Inspire 4G).
2. Clear cache
3. Format system
4. Install zips from sd card (rom, google apps, lockscreen fix and inspiremod).
5. Reboot
6. Get a root explorer and navigate to system->app, mount r/w and long press SemcMetaDataCleanup.apk and delete it.
7. Reboot & Enjoy the Xperia Z feel :highfive: .

Flashed all the fixes and addons etc. and the rom runs unbelievably smooth! Love the Timescape UI and the feel of this rom. Only problem is the download music info has stopped messgae constantly popping up. Other than that, an excellent rom!

What do you mean by something is wrong? Not flashing, downloading, booting?etc.
I have managed to download successfully using my trusty laptop and in the process of a Nandroid Backup

I can not install the rom. There is an error:

Error in sdcard/****.zip

installation aborted.
What is the problem?
I checked the md5 sum and it is ok.

Downloading now, will check it out, love flashing, I will report any flashing issue.

this rom is one of most perfect JB roms for 2011 devices..so it should work fine on your devices..xperia play is all about gaming so for those its excellent and combines battery life/performance as all my roms. OP may have made some adjustments for your devices,but i guarantee if its close to original rom you will like it.

Yeah, I am not dependent on u. I have done my concerned work. And anyone can understand from this pm that I said u can use cm ROM, I didn't mentioned my ROM. Idk why you thought that this meant my rom

These gapps are for jellybean, this rom is kitkat, plain not work.
The two developers, please stop arguing and put you agree, you need both, as is the issue of the Desire HD, please do not close any thread and work together,

Yes it is best and smooth :thumbup:
But found a problem with force close of setup wizard. So removed setupwizard.apk and reinstalled everything and now it is working without any issues and no lag at all

initial configuration just stopped but then returned to begin to choose language and continued without problem, everything else works perfect, I have not had to delete setupwizard.apk, sorry for my bad English

I just finnished flashing it and...
# There was no boot animation and adb logcat also kept showing --waiting for device---. I almost did a battery pull cause i taught it was frozen.
# I have experienced some glitches in the walkman player and kernel tuner and also some part of settings.
# Walkman Player doesnt show music stored on my SDCARD unless i select the music from a filemanager and play it with walkman player. Same applies to Albums.
# After takin a picture or recording a video, the normal swipe to the left to preview doesnt work.
# Its a little slow. Takes some seconds (2-2.5) before responding when touching icons and stuff.
# Walkman Skips seconds of music when playing.
# When usb is inserted there isnt any Mass Storage notification in status bar.
Thats all for the meantime.

This used to work on a cm10 xperia themed rom; but I don't know if it will work as this uses a cm10 android policy file.

Rom is designed for Xperia J. Rom will work only with the stock kernel.
Rom was my second project that I abandoned because of Allure rom for J.
I found this rom and I thought why not freshen it up. A lot of people have locked bootloader unlock or do not want to because of the guarantees.
Rom is based on the stock soft.
The topic I wrote that I finished Donate? For these devices but point out that this is "old" project, which has been renovated.

Some installation instructions? With whitch CWM can we install it? What are the steps of instalation and what must format or not? Please, give some more info, because I want to test it...

Please do not again quote my all theard...
Instalation same as roms like adw etc. you must do full wipe then rom.

P.S. - I forgot to ask - in the first description is written that in the ROM is new Home Launcher 2013 but in the second post is said that xperia launcher is removed. I have to ask what is the launcher, because I can't understand?

I flashed it, but when it booted up Process.com.android.come stoped working. If i try to reboot, it loops at bootanimation. My SIM card is in.
EDIT: I flashed dev4 and the problem is gone. i will tell you if i find something wrong with it, so far it looks awesome... good job, keep it up

Sorry but i dont have this device so... my testers have hard work on school etc.

Maybe you should do full wipe first. format system.
I try to fix this problem on sometimes restart.

I did...Wiped cache/dalvik, did a factory reset, the wiped system. I am gonna try to flash it without my sim in, to see if resolves the problem
