I get around 240MB left. It depends on the apps running in the background. I have disabled(froze) all sync apps like gmail,fb in titanium backup pro.

No Such Difference...Still Second SIM no Signal issue is there. We need to replace modem.img from V2.

user profiles

if i change any setting in user profiles (meeting) it changes back to default after a reboot
cant i save it permanantly ?

did you try flashing the rom again then it would definitely work

i am on stock rom v2.
i dont think flashing stock rom again would help in any way

You have to be on a custom ROM to use swap as the stock rom doesn't support it!
