you have to be rooted and Clockwork mod recovery installed.....
then simply follow the instruction on rom thread of which rom you gonna flash

Already rooted my canvas using cwm

No stock 4.2 for A110...but if u want to feel the 4.2 without any bug & lag then go for Mackay V3 BY @khan_frd2002

There are lot of guides on xda to add init.d support to stock roms but i dont know if they work on our phone.

You have to be on a custom ROM to use swap as the stock rom doesn't support it!
