Can I use this for my Nexus 4? - Nexus 4 Accessories

ZeroLemon Galaxy Nexus 5900mAh Extended Battery
I got good reviews for all Zerolemon products. But can anyone confirm if the above model fits for my Nexus 7?

A "Galaxy Nexus" battery for your Nexus 7 and posting it in a Nexus 4 section, hmm... and no I don't think it will gonna work.

I do not own a GN of N7, but as long as the voltage is the same, It should work. The more mAh, the longer the battery life.
Don't take my word on it, do it on your own risk.

Pretty sure this battery is an internal one. The G-Nex has a removable battery, which this one probably replaces. And that means it's only going to work in a Galaxy Nexus, nevermind a Nexus 7 (??? This is a Nexus 4 forum...) or a Nexus 4

[Q] Replacement Battery for Nexus 5??

So we saw how good the repairability of the nexus 5 is, so right off the bat I was considering buying a replacement battery if there was someone who could offer one that was a little higher capacity.
I just found this: http://www.smavtronics.com/3000mah-bl-t7-li-polymer-battery-for-lg-nexus-5-32gb-optimus-g2.html?gclid=CKiN9L34_boCFRGBfgodKGQA3w
But do you guys think this thing will fit?? It says its compatible with both the nexus 5 and the G2, which I thought I had already heard the G2's battery is definitely different.
I believe the model for the Nexus 5 is BL-T9 and this one says it is BL-T7
There is also this one which seems to be the proper one, but same size capacity: http://www.parts4repair.com/bl-t9-battery-for-lg-nexus-5/?ref=lexity&_vs=google&_vm=productsearch&adtype=pla&gclid=CMiq67j5_boCFYt_QgodhDIAVA

Nexus 5 Battery Replacement
Hi,
Did you find the answer to your query above? I have exactly the same requirement (of replacing the nexus 5 battery with a more powerful one, without impacting the handset's hardware)
Regards,
Deep.G
based on another thread the G2 and N5 batteries are not the same dimensions

The nexus 5 does not have a standard battery set up. Its another unibody type of battery. The battery uses a flex cable. This poses a danger to those looking to replace it with a high capacity battery. More capacity should equal bigger battery. If LG thought they could safely insert a 2800mah battery. They would have. LG doesn't say. " hey let's make this baby die quickly" it is in their best interest to give you the best they can. With fast charging and wireless charging and mods that make the charge speed even faster. A higher capacity could be potentially dangerous. Be safe. Buy official parts. An 18 year old girl suffered 3rd degree burns from an after market battery when it exploded in pocket. This was on a gs3. A device with open access to the battery.

The N4 version was pretty ugly. Not sure about functionality though. I had a ZeroLemon 7000mah for the SGS3 and it was awesome.
News?

note 4 slim extended battery???Any successful stories?

Just wonder if anyone knows any extended battery that is better than stock OEM battery and slim? I am looking for slim, not bulky like zerolemon.
+1, would like to know this as well.

Usually fake Chinese batteries that are actually like 1200mHz or something.
If it were really possible to put that much more mAH at such a low price, don't you think Samsung would have done it by themselves?

Samsung did do it with the Korean S2 though. They came out with an OEM extended battery that fit within the stock hardware. (I had the ATT S2 and was so mad bc the battery wouldn't work on US models due to an issue where the US phone would enter a boot loop while charging)

I bought that battery way back when I had the S2 and it did need a different back. It only raised it ever so slightly. But it did need a new back.
What about the Anker 6440mah battery? Anybody tried it? Is it smaller than the zerolemon?

Sorry, but there's no way that battery can be 6150mAh if it's the same physical size as the original battery. Simply not possible (see the post two above yours).
Edit: The largest capacity available in the same physical size as the original is the PolarCell 3400mAh:

I've actually needed to buy a spare battery due to the {reboots} or shut downs or bootloops from the phone and i bough this...
" High Quality 5470mAh Battery F Sprint Samsung Galaxy Note 4 SM-N910P Smart Phone "
http://www.ebay.com/itm/282194394006?_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT
and I have been using it for about 2 weeks from now, and the battery use is good or even better as for my opinion, definetly brand new, lasts every percent instead of just shutting off on me on my old OEM battery, its kinda loose a tad in the compartment but the back cover fixes that... Other than that with heavey use after calibarting it for a whole day ,it lasts me about 3 - 4 hours (light) and or 2and a half to 3 hours when heavy. But definetly similair to the Galaxy S6 use for sure. Just wish it charged even faster and I'd be fine lol

Something doesn't seem right at that price. Also wont ship outside of the usa.
I bought this one recently. The battery seems like it is close to 3200mah and not the advertised 5450mah. But NFC works and performance is similar to samsung battery.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/5450mAh-Ext...681189?hash=item3a9f989925:g:B-sAAOSw1S9Wd6L7
I don't know if I have to do some tweaks in kernel to use the full mah capacity.

Battery for Note 4

I want to change the battery in my note 4 but it seems that there are false ...
or find a Samsung original battery at a good price?
or find a battery of another brand but powerful?

Agreed, I've been using Anker 3220mAh for about half a year now. The good thing is the package on amazon comes with two at a fairly good price and an external charger. Ive been carrying the extra with me always and never had problem with battery life because i just swap when one dies.

I bought a extended battery as well as a standard battery for my Note 4 that I found online that has worked well for me so far. It has to charge all night but I've been getting around 35+ hours of use out of a battery.

I've got several 10,000mAh ZeroLemon batteries and a couple of Hyperion 10,000mAh batteries as well. The difference, ZeroLemon is a TriCell battery so you won't get a 100% accurate battery reading unless you pull the battery and reinsert it. The Hyperion is a single cell battery that will always report the correct battery states, however the Hyperion doesn't hold up as long as the ZeroLemon in my opinion. I tested both batteries when they first were released for the distributorship in the USA. The Anker battery I've never tried, however there are literally thousands of positive comments on that battery so I'd have to agree it must be a good battery as well. If your looking for a replacement battery pretty close to OEM, I'd go with the Anker. However if your looking for more power I'd go with the Hyperion. And finally if you're looking for more power, durability, and a battery that just don't quit, I'd go with the ZeroLemon. Personally I use ZeroLemon and a full charge with literally everything on, full brightness, Bluetooth, WiFi, heavy use, etc, etc, etc, will run for 2 1/2 to 3 days. But now it's a beast of a battery and it's not that light either. I'm a former SEAL, & I consider my cellphone with the ZeroLemon battery my concealed weapon, lol. One hit with that thing and it's lights out, lol.

Been using my Anker for 1.5yrs too. Love the peace of mind of knowing you will never run out of power and need to charge outside.

So, if the Anker battery is the the same capacity as the Samsung, then why would it be any better?

I hadn't thought of that. I tend to purchase directly from Samsung to avoid just that; it's worth the few extra dollars for peace of mind, plus should anything go wrong I have a reliable (and accountable) place to go back to.

If you want an battery with a good price, try searching an OEM Samsung battery.
OEM battery is an original one but without proper packaging as it should be sell to a manufacturer not to end user.
An OEM battery might cost much less than the original non OEM.
Make sure it is an Original OEM battery by buying from trusted vendor.

Cheaper for equal if not almost the same quality. Bang for your buck for not having to pay "brand" taxes.
Sent from my SM-N910W8 using Tapatalk
Maybe you should consider buying the extra battery kit. You get a new battery and a charger, so you can charge it outside the phone. In this way you are almost certain that the product is genuine, plus you can use your old battery as a backup, even if it's not in the best shape.

"Brand taxes"? I hear this phrase thrown about quite a lot, but what does that really mean??? I'll overpay for the device, but I'll try to save a few dollars on the accessories. Consider this: anecdotally, there have been more than a few cases of those third-party batteries failing or exploding. If it's a power accessory like a battery or charger, I'd much rather take my chances with the brand's items than a third-party just to save a few bucks.
Put it this way: to me, it's like purchasing a performance automobile but servicing it with aftermarket parts and filling it with regular gasoline, just to save money.

I think it is more like servicing your (performance or not) car at stealership vs local mechanic. As long as you know that they are good trusty mechanic (or good brand in case of battery) you should be good without paying the premium.
Okay . . .
I respectfully disagree, but we'll chalk this up to parallax and leave it at that.

Galaxy Note 9 Extended Batteries

I'm going to the store tomorrow to pre-order my Note 9.
Can we make an entire thread dedicated to extended batteries?
I currently have a Galaxy Note 4 that I'm going to be trading in for my Note 9, and use a Zerolemon battery with it. From what I understand, the Note 4 is the last phone where you can replace the battery, and that any new battery is basically an add-on.

I get that the older Note models may need a battery case/extended batteries,I'm using a Note 5 myself that has 625 discharge cycles & 89% of the original usable capacity.
That's great, but, compared to later model phones, especially this year's SnapDragon 845 powered phones, the difference is night & day as far as overall battery efficiency.
Unless you're one of the uber power users with higher than typical screen-on time & usage, I'd give the phone a chance before spending any $$$ on battery cases.
FWIW,I'm not a fan of the skinny phone movement,LOL,but, the battery cases tend to go to the other extreme, that's why I'd recommend giving the phone a chance as-is...........
@JOSHSKORN
