Update: T-Mobile has altered the support document to reflect a change in the date, now June 4th through July 7th.
Can we do a manual push through tmo sooner than ota?

I'm hoping a manual update will be up by tomorrow. I've been checking the phone all day and I cringe when I see "Your phone is up to date".
If not, what's the point of making people wait a month?
Oh well...
nothing in ohio
Newest document from tmobile now says June 4th thru July 7th with no option to download manually. Have to wait for ota

They are saying: "The Over-The-Air (OTA) update will arrive anytime between tomorrow, June 4th to July 7th." So it does not mean it will be there today or tomorrow. It will be there before July 7.
I have no idea why TMO is behaving in such customer-unfriendly manner!
I went to T-Mobile's Facebook page and inquired about the update that was due today and instead I was told steps to do to free up memory and the administrator said he was waiting on the update himself, There's always tomorrow.

Except for the signal fluctuation fix and other "random crap". If I can now use my phone for a phone, it will be mind blowing

I've been on the phone to T-Mobile customer services this evening regarding another matter but while I was on the phone I was told that T-Mobile and Orange will be integrating even more later this year, possibly September. The guy on the phone said that more things will be shared between the two companies but he wouldn't elaborate further. Has anyone else heard anything about this? I'm wondering whether T-Mobile customers will have access to Orange swap ables and Orange Wednesdays?

Does anybody knows anything about upgrading to ICS for the XOOM 2 ME model?
Thanks
Ics for xoom 2's has only begun rollout across Europe. Im unsure about other countries and if your xoom is branded expect to be waiting longer while your carrier does tests and adds in their bloatware... Im in Australia with a branded xoom 2 and i know it will probably be a couple of months before i hear anything from my carrier about an ics update.

i haven't checked mine but im pretty sure it will stay pending until like the 30th at the soonest. prob the morning of the 31st. then they process everything within a matter of hours, bill you and ship it out. sadly i don't think they will do release date delivery like amazon is capable of.
My brother ordered a moto G as a "souvenir" from US but accidentally ordered an US locked version and only to realise that after we have returned to Vietnam. Now are there anyway to unlock the band frequencies ? Here in Vietnam we use different frequencies from US and currently the phone can get signal and 2G networks but doesn't seems to be able to get 3G network and that means trouble for us. Thanks in advance.

It is not a locked version, else you wouldn't even get a signal. It doesn't even have the hardware for the frequencies you need. Sorry, the global version was also on sale here and your brother should have gotten that.

Thanks for the quick reply. Here's a plot twist he actually realized that he had ordered the wrong version and canceled it, Amazon even sent a letter confirming the cancelation. He ordered the international afterward and now we stuck with 2 moto G(s) even though we have already cancelled it.

And you need to return the old one or amazon will charge you. An order on amazon is still shipped even though you cancel. The turnaround is too quick to stop shipment.
