Hi All,
I was wondering if there is an app or tool which we can use to lock the touch screen during video playback via HTC Album/Player. The tool can be assigned to one of the hardware keys for locking/unlocking during video playback.
It is because i have some Hi-5 videos stored on the phone for my little 2yr old girl, and she tends to touch the screen every now and then which stops the video. When I was using the Omnia II and Omnia HD, there are screen lock button which I can used to lock it while playing back videos.
Are there available solutions for the HD2?
Thanks!
Regards,
David
So i tried recording my screen on the nexus 5 using adb...everything worked and set bitrate to 8000000, however, the playback on the phone and my pc is a bit laggy :-/ any help?
EDIT: only playback on the device, and playback via VLC on my laptop produces this lag...used another player and it worked fine... sorry for making this thread...
Hey i noticed that in the default camera of the nexus there is not pause function while recording a video. There is any app that support this function?
Regardless of ROM and media player all videos are very choppy when playing.
Is this a known bug? I have searched and found nothing.
Does anyone else have this issue?

I have noticed that video recording in Full HD (30/60 fps) Results in skip frames and the video is not smooth.
I also tried 4k recording and both x264 and x265 crashed.
Anyone else experience the she and how this can be resolved?
I am on stock Nougat latest version.

I have not solved the lagging in the video recording. It feels as if the sensor is trying to catch up on the movement as I record and this results in lagged and jittered video recording.
I am going to log a call with Sony, as it seems it is hardware related
it's happening to me too (((
