As I try and get the identifier token from my evita, it keeps changing...
I am attempting to unlock again from htcdev (currently relocked) and ive tried 3 times already. I get the unlock_code.bin and go to unlock it, hit confirm on my phone and it reboots and i am still locked. Like right now i am in fastboot and type "fastboot oem get_identifier_token and get the code. then i can type it again 2 seconds later and I have a different token. iys like it is being randomly generated. any ideas?
is this normal? I don't see why my token keeps changing...

is there something I could have done to my phone to make this token be blocked or randomly generated like that? every time I request the unlock_code.bin from htcdev it seems to flash ok but I am always still locked afterward.
Will this token work with the VZW edition or is it phone specific?

You can't use the token on your device. Not only is it device (model) specific, but its specific to your particular IMEI.
You need to go through the unlock process on HTCDev.com and get your own token.

Why is this happening? Can anyone assist on this please?
My phone is S-OFF but locked in download/bootloader mode. My phone got 3-4 OTA updates last week, originally 1.10.709.5 and currently 1.58.709.1.
When I follow HTCdev's instruction steps to unlock the bootloader, unlocking bootloader failed after submitting my device identifier token. Its says:
Error Code: 154.
Error Reason: Token Information not complete (SN).
It's the first time that bootloader failed (I already rooted HTC One S, HTC One Mini 2 & HTC One M8).
Someone can help me, why it doesn't work?

You have to cut the "identifier token start" and "identifier token end" also
That's strange, if I cut out "Identifier Token Start" and "Identifier Token End", it also doesn't work.
