Hi,
i followed the following topic in order to unlock the bootloader without any success.

When i enter the token into htcdev and then submit it, i got the following message:
Unlocking Bootloader Failed!
Sorry it didn't work out. Here's why:

This could be caused by several factors including simple errors in the entry of the unlock token, problems with your device, or a lack of manufacturer support for the unlocking process. I try so many times to unlock bootloader on my htc wildfire s android version 2.3.5, software number 2.13.401.3 but after send my token code this is what i read

oooh, same error i faced today & yesterday. Also few times htcdev website couldn't load after sending a token.
Exceeded limit scares me.
Just now : Token Submitted Successfully!
My phone is S-OFF but locked in download/bootloader mode. My phone got 3-4 OTA updates last week, originally 1.10.709.5 and currently 1.58.709.1.
When I follow HTCdev's instruction steps to unlock the bootloader, unlocking bootloader failed after submitting my device identifier token. Its says:
Error Code: 154.
Error Reason: Token Information not complete (SN).
It's the first time that bootloader failed (I already rooted HTC One S, HTC One Mini 2 & HTC One M8).
Someone can help me, why it doesn't work?

You have to cut the "identifier token start" and "identifier token end" also
That's strange, if I cut out "Identifier Token Start" and "Identifier Token End", it also doesn't work.

Desire 820S isn't listed. I tried "820" and also "other supported devices"
both time I get
Error Code: 141.
Error Reason: Token Decryption Fail (Can not generate result).
There must be something wrong with your token.
