[Looking for somebody with a rooted EUR sensation] I need the footprints app.

Can somebody grab it from their stock rooted sensation if they have it and post the apk for me? Thanks.

You can flash the Rom to your phone using the ruu.exe and than pull it from there.

has anyone gotten the locations widget to work on t-mobile rooted stock rom?
Edit: I flashed again and the widget now shows up, but won't update. It'll show "updating" but then the phone will hot restart.

Can someone get the widgets to work? I really like the locations app and widgets. I don't have a problem with the stock rom it works smooth and flawless for me so I don't have a need to flash a different rom.

Which ROM you are on ?
IF you are on cm9/cm10/AOKP/PA then you can flash Gapps in Recovery to have it back.

I added the apk to zip and flash the whole.

untar the JB_V05, go to the folder system \ app and put the file talk.apk then compact it all and flash

I tried downloading all the files but none works. It says something about parsing :S Please help!

no need to install it. just use root explorer and place the apk in data/apps and set permissions to rw-r--r--, then check the app drawer screen, there should be an icon for talk. try a reboot as well

hi im using acer liquid e.. i have root my phone and accidently delete talk app.now i cnt update/intstall any apps from google play..i have reboot my phone and all my file manager and other apps deleted.now im helpless..plz any1 can help me..wen i intstall talk.apk its says application canot be installed..

hi guys i have extracted Face Lock.apk from a huwai phone haier HW-W910 for our LG Optimus 3D , i installed it successfully but whenever i tried to use it from lock screen settings it says face unlock could not start , so i think our lovely xda developers and member can make this software usable for our beloved phone

Check the other apks in your system/app folder and make it the same (should be rw- r-- r--).
That one works correctly in Acura's latest rom (based in v28b rom), but actually I've tested it on my v30a and it force closes.
Maybe it because Acura's rom is deodexed, and mine is odexed...
What rom do you have?

I odexed the apk and still it force closed.
Maybe someone can try it in a deodexed rom, like the latest xvsall's VR3D.

I've never used it either.
Took the apk from Acura's v28b custom rom, somehow it worked well in there.

Okay thanks, but since i tried to install it from @dack23 thread i can't anymore successfully copy any files :S Tried root browser and root explorer it gives an error no matter what i try to copy now :/ Tried everything till yet, and don't know how to get my backup back :/

Your case is so strange maybe you have root problems and need to reflash the whole rom... but it's easier if you try to root again I guess.

Hmm, thanks for your help since it has nothing to do with you but strange that it started happening today :/ I have tested root with other apps and everything is allright, it is really strange root browser copies almost all of the file but files on the last few KB or MB, and root explorer fails at the first few KBs :/
Could this be made a flashable zip?

I guess that It'll only work on stock odexed mate, even in an odexed custom rom you can try it.

Anyway i am waiting till someone makes a flashable zip for odexed, @op thanks for the great work and effort

Aww that's sad anyways, I'm trying to make the Gallery works but OMG!! There's so much libraries I need to replace they could mess my phone, I'm a little scared about it.
