I bought a micro HDMI to HDMI cable but that doesn't appear to fit.
I've had a look at Micro USB to HDMI cables but they all seem to say theyre for other devices like the Samsung Galaxies.

Moto G has no video output via cable. You can use DLNA or Miracast to wirelessly stream your media to your TV. If your TV does not support this, there are options like Chromecast(only works with some apps yet) or any Miracast HDMI dongle, that actually streams the screen and audio of your phone to your TV. I hope this helps, good luck.
I have tried Miracast to my LG Smart TV, utilising the hack on 4.3......
although it attempts connection, which shows via pop-up on the TV, it does not connect at least not for me.....
I will try again after I upgrade to KK....
apparently the screen cast option is available natively.

Can you watch free movies from motorola g7 to a Panasonic tv Im not up to date with this sort of thing thanks?
I've seen that you can use an usb ethernet adapter to connect to LAN with android, so I wanted to test with a Shield Tablet.
I have a D-Link DUB-1312 adapter which works perfectly on pc, but neither my Shield or my Moto G are able to connect to LAN with this adapter.
Is there any driver for Android Lollipop? I have tested and app called Ethernet but says that cannot find the adapter.
I would appreciate some help.
Thank you
A search of Amazon reviews says that this one works out of the box http://www.amazon.ca/Plugable-Gigab...-Specific/dp/B003VSTDFG/ref=cm_srch_res_rtr_4. May be worth the money.
I have a LG G Pad 10.1 tablet I am trying to connect to my Toshiba TV. Went to Radio Shack to purchase HDMI cable, was told it doesn't work on LG products because of mirrored tech in cable. Went to LG website and cant find listing for a "LG" HDMI cable. Next step was to Google how to connect tablet to TV. Found the Netgear Push2TV. It is the PTV100. It should connect using WIFI Direct or Miracast which my device is capable of both. Netgear device connects to TV but tablet not finding device no matter what method I use. What am I missing?
Thanks for any help
