Note 10.1 user jumping ship???

There sure is a lot of used Galaxy note's (10.1) black and white for sale on ebay.
You wonder why they are jumping ship??????????
Is there a new tablet coming soon??????
Just don't get it because I love mine.

Actually, if you narrow your search to used units it's only 129 units and that number includes some mis-chacterized accessories only, like cases. Search on used iPads and the search pulls up over 7, 000 items, including over 400 of the newer iPad minis.

Agreed. Got my 4G a month ago and have no plans to let this thing go anytime in the near future.

I wouldn't jump ship unless they release a 13+ inch wacom-enabled tablet.. And even then, why would I sell this one off?

I was looking to jump ship bout its was from a wifi ship to a 3g ship.
When I got my unit I was told the 3G was not in the uk, instead of mi doing wat I normal Do which is ignore the sales person and investigate I just bought the wifi and skipped home happy like a bunny with a bags of easter eggs.
I do wish I looked around more and got the Note 3g in grey. I feel the grey looks much better.

Why spend 100€ more on the 3g version?
I've got a 3g Hotspot for 19€, put in on my jacket and have nice net on the N8010, N7000 and laptop, all the times, everywhere!
Just my 2 cents...

More to the point - why would this matter anyway?
I didn't buy my Note to be one of the crowd - I bought it because it was exactly what I needed. When someone else makes an Android tablet with a Wacom pen let me know..

The reason is I have been travelling a lot and would be useful too have a 3g note.
Yes the option of a 3g pocket would be gud and your 2 cents is worth it Nuno, but I was looking at the extras of 3g plus 32gb base memory.
I don't care what others have and never will since others dont make me money unless being hired by them 4 private work. So I don't know were u are coming from since I never said I was a crowd follower werewolf.
So yes wolf it would matter to me having 3G plus 32gig (24gig after pre installed apps etc) basic instead of 10gig plus 32, 64 or 128gig sdcard
I dont play games but carry a lot of data for satellite setup and codes, tv repair, computer networking and builds plus electrician house plans and 17th edition updates.
So I hope that clear things for you wolf.

Exactly. If and when something comes along, of similar size and equal stylus accuracy, I'll take a look. For the time being I'm more than pleased with my Note 10.1, even more so now that I've finally bought a small keyboard to use too.

Returning s4 and waiting for red

Hello, I was wondering since I've just recently bought the s4 and it hasn't been 14 days yet if i can return it and wait it out for the red version? I've heard it's coming soon and since red is my favorite color and since I'm going to be having the s4 for quite a while I thought i should mind as well get the color i love.

Yep. You may have to pay restock fee but get the color you love. Kind of like a car, smart phones these days.

Samsung is going to be releasing three other colors in addition to red between now and fall. Blue Arctic, Red Aurora, Purple Mirage, and Brown Autumn to be precise. AT&T is getting the red but I'm not sure about the others. It also is unknown what memory they will have 16GB / 32GB? Personally, I'll put a colored case on mine if I want to change it.

Wonder if those red ones will have the loki work around fixed??? I hope not?

Not like I'm short on money or anything but you guys are ridiculous to just hand over another 35 bucks to AT&T just for your indecisions

Should of purchased from Walmart or some other place that doesn't charge restock fee.

Damn, now I am going to have to shield the wife away from phones everywhere, she is going to want the red one.

Just buy the parts you need on amazon and replace them so you keep your old phone. Like buy a new backplate and screen assembly.

Since there is no forum for Galaxy Note 3 yet, I thought I would start a thread for pre-order deals for those who are going to upgrade.
I have just pre-ordered mine from Clove for £526 shipped to AUS!
Anyone else know any other pre-orders available out there?

What about the memory? Were you able to get 64Gb or 32GB? I can't find anyone selling a 64GB version.

Pre-ordering mine within the week from Verizon!

Sprint, where are you? Softbank needs to flex some muscle and drop the 64GB Note 3 on Sprint for $299 on contract.

32gb...Usually the 64gb becomes available later I think.
I'm not too fussed about the internal memory as I've never use to store stuff on it much. I mostly uses an external Microsd.

Pre-ordered both the GN3 (Black) and GG (Black) from Verizon on 9-6 when they opened up but of course there was a 30 minute delay with system issues. Now of course I am waiting on the GN10.1 2014 Edition 32GB (would like 64GB) WiFi (Black) to complete my se.

Well I sold off an iPad mini 64GB LTE that I got through a rewards program, thought I could live with it, but the screen is, well CRAP. So I sold it and those funds will pay for my GN10.1 tablet.
I have been holding out for a new phone for a while, okay a few weeks since I returned my GS4 (still have funds in the GS4 bounty to help others out) and as for the GG, yeah its a novelty, a pricey one at that, but I have 14 days to play with it and if I don't like it I return it to Verizon and get a full refund, no harm, no foul, no issues.
BUT, if I do like it I got it and off to the races I go.

I jut have numerous applications on my phone... the 32GB would not bother me so much if they allowed APP2SD with Jelly Bean. With the 4.3 is it now possible to put applications on the SD card or not?

I'm curious to now what the developed Kent will be on this device.

It's funny that no one mentioned apps2sd during their reviews, but then again no one ever mentions usable storage space either, go figure and they call themselves reviewers.
I do suspect apps2sd will be on the GN3, its on the GS4 and that will only serve to add value and benefits for Samsung. I just wish it could move app data as well for the large games.

I'm looking for the international version (off contract) anyone know where to find this on the 25th? I'm guessing amazon will have sellers up???

Best Buy's $799 is the highest price I've seen. You can order straight from the AT&T for cheaper $75 cheaper.

Not a super fan of best bu y but the final price that I pay will be the same as Att sells it for or amazon. 799 is just the estimate. Card gets charged when I pick up phone. I confirmed this with manager. Good looking out. So about the 4.2.2 thing.II'm sure it just an error on best buy side but I thought it was worthy of a post.

I've recently extended by contract with Tmobile and chose Samsung Galaxy S4 LTE-A as my new phone. For the last year or so I've been using a Droid 4 bought off a friend, it was my first smartphone ever and I don't want to give up having a physical keyboard. I've seen lots of talk about the black or white slider keyboard case, but nothing about the silver one I would link to if not for this forum's rules. They are available on ebay, circa 20 AUS and have a shiny silver finish and flat keys partially separated with indentations.
Has anyone tried it? Are the keys touch-only, or do they actually depress a bit? I'm interested in it, since it uses much more of the available surface estate than the aforementioned models.

Anyone know where to get a replacement S Pen Cloud Sliver?

I got a Note 9 cloud sliver from Samsung last month, my spen the spring shot it self after 2 days having the phone. I looked everywhere no one has it. I even called Samsung and no luck. Anyone have idea where to get this sliver spen? I bought a yellow and blue from best buy but would like the original color.

Talked to a Samsung rep online and they told me no go on the Silver but the other 4 colors are available. For a replacement S-Pen I'd always suggest going with what Samsung sells from their official website. I never took a chance with Amazon or Ebay stuff. Sucks that they don't sell it in Silver. I'd just get a black one if I were you.
