hi forum, im new here and i hope sombody can help me.
my problem is:
i have a rooted tf300t and i got a few days ago my dock.
so after a while i noticed that when i have my tablet connected to the dock and i want to charge it via original cable, its not charging at all.
i had it connected at the wall over night and the tablet was shutdown, but the the battery of the dock and the battery of the tablet wasent charged at all.
has someone the same problem? maybe someone knows how to fix it?

Hi, after flashing this rom yesterday, I plugged my charger overnight while it was docked, I woke up today to find that it completely stopped charging when connected to the wall charger. When I plug it into my computer the computer recognizes it so is this a charger problem ? or something related to the ROM? Is there any fix for this? Thanks.
I actually reinstalled it and it worked fine.. thanks guys lol

I just begun using my keyboard dock and since then I can get my tablet battery charged alone directly through its connector. There is USB connection and everything but charging the battery. What can this be?

I have this tablet, got it brand new a year ago maby - I cant remember exactly. It has always worked perfectly and I have never had a problem with it. It has never been rooted etc, still running official firmware through built-in updater and only has few apps installed from the play store.
Anyway the battery is currently on 26% so thought I'd give it a charge before I use it tonight except its not taking a charge, I'm using the original cable and wall plug which the tablet came with & I have tried it in a different wall socket. I then tried connecting it to my laptop to see if its the plug and the tablet recognizes its been connected as the Asus Sync PC information icon comes up - it just wont charge and I dont know why.
Has anyone experienced this? and can anyone help me with a solution please? It just happend out of the blue and I last charged it a couple of nights ago with no problems. Also i just have the tablet as I didnt buy the keyboard addon for it at the time just so you have all the information.

Hi,
I seem to have fixed it, I simply took the two parts of the plug apart and put them back together again, now its charging fine. It seems it needs 15v to charge the battery which I guess is why it doesn't charge via a usb port on a computer.

i have the tablet almost 8 month (a700)
and i don't remember this issue was from the begging
the only option to charge the tablet is only with the original cable which mean that i cannot charge it when connected to pc or with other cable/
can anyone tell me if this is the normal behavior?
You can charge your A700 also by using a micro USB cable (+ charger). I already did and there is a thread about. The A700 won't show you that it charges and charging is really slow. See here.

So i got this phone and i have no battery. It doesn't start with USB charger. So my question is if someone can test or knows if the phone should work with just USB charger or does it need battery also.
