Has anyone received their order from htcdirect? If so did you get any notification of shipment? My order appears to be stuck on "processing".
I think Inkino and HTC Direct are the same company.
I know Inkino received their Touch Pros today so you should receive it soon.
Both had stock yesturday. Mine was preordered and the statuschanged to processing late thisafternon. Wondered if they sent out a notification when it was shipped - not sure whether to take tomorrow off as the local sorting office is a pain here.

I can assure you Inkino had no stock until today at around 15.00/15.30 GMT.
Their store in Tottenham Court Road had stock this morning - but only 5 units, apparently.
Not sure who they went to, but I got one of the "second batch" when they arrived this afternoon at about 4pm. I could see two more units behind the counter when I left...
so.... an order that states pending means i should not waste a day off tomorrow? Can anyone that has received a pre order from htcdirect confirm whether they had an email stating dispatched ?
Payment was taken at 4pm today
I too have an outstanding order changed to 'Processing' today, which I hope to receive tomorrow.

Not to resurrect a dead thread but my Raphael was ordered with them today (tue):
I originally ordered with mobilefun.co.uk but my bank decided (after assuring me it wouldnt happen) to not authorize my card, finally got through and sorted it with the bank and called mobilefun back. By the time I had sorted it out they had gone out of stock LOL!! cancelled it.
Went on HTCDirect and ordered it from them, called them up to just make sure it had gone through ok...they didnt know yet so took my mobile number and called me back around 10 minutes later assuring me it had gone through ok and should be with me tomorrow (wed).
The tracking system is a bit weird since you would think it was still being processed at thier end and that the device hasnt been despatched/shipped??
I will wait until i receive it to believe this next statement but.... Im sure it is on the way since they seemed real helpful over the phone. An email and status change to acknowledge it has shipped would be good though.
From experience, if they have told you they have sent it, then they have. Their tracking system seems to be a bit behind - my order was still saying "processing" on the day that i received it. All in all, the guys there were very helpful, so you have nothing to worry about. Enjoy your device tomorrow.......

I had ordered the Nexus one car dock from HTC website (Letstalk.com) on Aug-8. At that it was back ordered and available to ship on Aug-18. From that day they keep extending the date by a day everyday, the current date to ship is 9/9/2010.
Just want to know is the new date to ship only for new orders or all orders? and has anyone received the car dock from this site?

you're not alone.. I ordered back around August 14th and keep getting the 'still backordered' e-mail with the ETA getting pushed back.
do the items even exist? I always get the run around from HTC.. thinking about upping the ante with a BBB complaint...

Those are nice until they damage the finish on the bottom of your phone (I have one, I now have a paint chip on either corner of my phone thanks to that holder).

HTC website is misleading, it says "backordered and available to ship", does not say those avaialbility dates are uncertain...its almost like they are cheating customers to buy from them and then keep them waiting.
I guess i will cancel my order and buy other holders available in market ..there are few suggested by other users in this forum.
Always backordered here too since mid August.
Except I paid of course immediately...
I ordered mine at the beginnig of august. On the site it was written availability september the 1st. And I received it august the 25th !!

Not sure if I am getting special treatment but here is what has happened so far:
I left the car dock in my windshield for about 2 months... bluetooth speaker started to suck. Went to release my phone with the push tab and the frame fractured.
About a week ago, maybe two, I called HTC and they emailed me a label for overnight to them for replacement and seeing if what was wrong was covered. Having not heard from them eight days later I called with my HTC ticket# and asked why I haven't received any notifications regarding my device and the lady escalated my ticket and I received my car dock today. It looks different...not sure how. But they definitely have them. Good luck to those of you who didn't pull the trigger for one right when you got your phone like I did.
I ordered a case from them on August 16th and they kept sending backorder emails well I got tired of their **** and just cancelled my order. Maybe one day I may or may not reorder when they have them in stock.
I also ordered in august and have been getting the emails every few days when they push the ship date back. It is pissing me off

Talked to google MULTIPLE times about availability of Official Nexus One accessories after the google.com/phone site went offline for orders. They kept giving me shaded answers until finally hinting they would be offered by htc. Finally HTC offered items on the HTC accessories site in the states. Ordered my desktop dock about a week ago and I have since gotten three backorder updates...

I had a seminar problem as you...But in the end...I got 2 car docks from HTC. 1 is just setting here doing notting. I need to ebay it. for $40 it's just the car dock and with no car charger.

That's EXTREMELY coincidental...The same thing happened to me. I thought it was an accident.. but if they sent two to two different people... I dunno.

want to hear from others that were wronged by amazon wireless.... After doing my research on what phone I wanted, I took advantage of the deal going on @Amazon wireless on Thanksgiving, where you got the skyrocket for a penny--- went thru the steps---approved thru AT&T--showed IN STOCK ordered it.... Supposed to ship within one week (2 day free shipping...yeah right) So the next day I return to the site to gain more info---now I see the skyrocket is "not available" backorder... Thought , good thing I bought yesterday (said IN STOCK when I cashed out) so I check my order and find that ship date is JAN. 9 ! Ordered on Nov 24th, I called in and found that they threw me in the backorder pool...That is BS I told them , because it said IN STOCK when I purchased... Had this info been laid in front of me @ time of purchase I may have done something diff. Even now if you go to the site, it will show "backordered, ships in 1 - 2 weeks--really? And my order from Nov 24th goes all the way to Jan 9th? So, looking for others wronged by Amazon..... . I also checked with both at&t and Samsung. ...no shortage of skyrockets........... I ordered on the 21st and didn't get it until the 28th because Amazon shipped too late in the day for ups to send it on time in 2 days.
I also ordered on Monday 11/21 and got mine Wed. 11/23...sorry for your bad luck. But you still got it for $.01 right? I've checked prices and they're now at $189 or something.

Same here, ordered on the 11/21 arrived on 11/23,, had to open a 5th line but oh well, lol this thing is a beast. still have my atrix, though, still love that little guy also.

Republic wireless has hosed me though..i ordered from them the same go-live night and i am not getting shipped till xmas..that's a month and half late..

Amazon Wireless actually sent me two Skyrockets.
I originally placed an order but was required to do a manual review by ATT/Amazon and was too lazy to do it at the time so a few days later I placed another order and actually did the manual review. After I finished the manual review I got a confirmation of the first order as well as the second one.
I get two shipping emails but only one new number email. I figure it is a mistake and that Amazon would catch it before shipping after the Thanksgiving Holiday. A few days later I have two Amazon boxes sitting at my front door. I only opened one line but have this extra Skyrocket sitting on my desk.
I love Amazon.

eh i got a 249$ phone for .01 ... even though it took a week to arrive i am still happy with it.
at least they still honored the .01 price if it was out of stock .. most black friday sales just tell you that you are sol if the item is out of stock.

Tracking says it got delivered today.
I ordered on 25th as well and mine should be delivered tomorrow. Along with SGS II and Captivate Glide (Moving 3 lines from Tmobile)
I ordered 1AM on Tuesday and it arrived 3PM on Wednesday. I was actually impressed because I was expecting it the following Monday after the holiday.
I'm sorry you still have to wait. But for a $.01...I wouldn't mind the wait. Maybe you can get them to send you a white one?

I think my wait was attributed to Captivate Glide because it was suppose to ship in "8 - 10 days".

Amazon's customer service is top notch. They use all their muscle to right any wrongs. My guess is that you will be getting your device much sooner than Jan 9.
Does anyone know when Google will start to actually ship the phone. I keep seeing "pre-order" on the Google store page.
One would think they have to start shipping end of this week in order to be here by the 18th-19th? Unless they are going to do 2 day shipping on all phones?

I got mine today. I'm satisfied with it as a replacement for a moto x4. Now I've got to decide if I replace the other moto x4 as well, and, even more importantly, trying to guess how long I have to make that decison before Google stops selling the 4a. I'm concerned that this might be a limited run that disappears when the 4a 5G and the 5 hit the market.

Got mine today, first impressions is its a great phone, going to be a keeper much in the same vein as my Nexus 5 back in the day
I ordered a gray and pink 256mb flip 3s on 8/13. A few weeks ago got an email stating a 30 day delay which I read was more that the phones haven't shipped yet and its been 30 days.
My estimated delivery has always been 9/21. Well I just got a new email stating phones are delayed with no new shipping date available. My 9/21 date is now gone from my app and only shows order date of 8/13.
Anyone else get delayed? I kind of wish I got the black and just skinned it to change up colors.

A 30 day delay could mean the beginning of October (~ 10/8). Typically, they mean business days.
The release was 8/27, so the actual order date only matters for your place in line when they become available. The estimate also relies on every shipment being as large or larger than predicted.
Realistically, I ordered a (whatever) white Note 20 Ultra that looked really nice the whole four times I saw it without a case. One of those times was when taking it to be repaired because the adhesive under the glass magically began to peel and the other was when I sent it in for a trade-in. I got black this time.

Of course they added the 'free watch' offer on the 17th, so I'm now having to go through the process of returning this day-old phone and ordering a new on just so I can get the offer, and there's probably going to be a shortage now..
I'm in Egypt. I ordered my phone from Samsung on 15/08 and was supposed to be delivered by the 7th of September. My phone was delayed for a week, then, Samsung decided to ship the phone without the gift leather case and without the 1-year accidental screen damage replacement card.
They sent an email stating that the gifts will be delayed for two weeks, however I received my phone yesterday.

Update this morning. Order when from customizing to created and cancel button gone. Now 10 minutes later order is now "in process". Might be getting soon?!
And its shipped! Just got notification earlier this evening. Will be here in 2 days. Very excited.
Well...2day via fedex is a bust. "Potentially delayed" and stuck at the local fedex about an hour away...was suppose to arrive yesterday, no new delivery date posted. Samsung did offer an additional 5% off order once it delivers so that is good.
I've had 10 delays from this same fedex in the past, one being a month long fiasco. So I am not expecting my flip 3's anytime soon.
Worst case scenario I will just pick up the black flips at best buy or tmobile next week and call it a day.
