I am not new to flashing roms on to my tab 2(gt-p3113) and in my search for the coolest most stable and fastest roms but as I searched around I could on find 2 developers CM I tryed there JB from but I don't like it kinda buggy after going through it then I looked again and I found that AOKP made a few roms for my device I am currently running there JB rom and I is OK but I dont like JB that much so now I come here to look and the same roms popped up but in older versions(and current) I want a completely custom rom like blu kuban( for epic 4g touch) thank you for any help

Why is it so hard to get some good help on here most people are ass holes and the ones that give good advice no one even listens to them I did research I know most roms for my devices and I know how to flash I just wanted a rom that isn't JB based and to be custom

Hey I am a newbie to this website but I have learned so much but right now I am at a complete lost! I want to use the [Themes][JB][4.1.2][UCLK4][TouchWiz] Stock Odexed [12-DEC-2012] or any type of ROM or Kernel to change my phone's look . I don't know what any of these terms mean like rom, kernal, odexed, any of that . Can some one take time to show me how to properly put the JB firmware on my phone and the explanations and definitions of these terms to me or direct me to a forum already created on this problem . For the Rom, read the OP's directions for the Rom install. Each one may have slightly specific directions. If you go to the development section there are stickies which will answer all your other questions. Vincom has some very good ones. If you use the xda app look in the middle of the screen at the top for the sticky. If your on your computer look for the push pins on the lower right hand corner.

Anyway PA 2.57 is awesome in term of speed and battery. You should try it.
You aren't really supposed to ask these kinda questions as it's against the rules of xda .
Go to the dev section, look into all available ROMs and most of the times, the developer himself will say what are the bugs. if you can live with them, try them, if not then move on to the next one.
And just go through the replies to find out how it worked for different people.
And BTW, make sure you follow the instructions in the OP till the last letter. ( or even the full stop )

You should search on your own through forums for rom and find out which one is suitable for you.
For atrix 2 jb leak china official and different CM roms are available.
Go try them but before that search well.

I happened to find a rom when searching on GOO.IM a few weeks ago - at the time, the ROM - "PROBAM" was only available for the I9505 - NOTE 2 and HTC ONe I believe - I wrote the Dev and asked for an ATT Version and he gladly obliged. There is now a new update (yesterday)_ and it's even better than it was when I first found it.
. IT IS UNBEIEVABLE! Very fast - very smooth - and tons of options for personalizing your phone - I don't believe it is "lokified" so I think you will need to run auto loki when you flash, just in case.

I suppose this is similar to Jelly bam - but it is definitely NOT a kang of Jelly Bam. The devs on this rom have followed all the rules (something that the Jelly Bam Devs did not do) when building this rom - and they have a great track record of building a very good rom for a number of different phones.

Thread reopened. It has been requested that the dev post proper credits that they are using PAC as a base and hopefully they will. In the meantime in good faith Admin has allowed the threads to be reopened.

Never mind. I had to change tbs source location as seen in this post I found on pacmans ROM thread...
try changing the source of the titanium backup to storage/emulated/legacy/titaniumbackup. 4.3 actually looks at ..../0/titaniumbackup by default.

I would have posted this in the actual ROM thread but I just joined and don't have enough posts to reply in a developer thread. Are Samsung T989 roms compatible with the Samsung T989D? This is essentially the exact same phone, and the rooting process is nearly the same... Sorry, this will be my first custom ROM and my phone is required for work purposes so I'd like to ask and play it safe. TIA
