LTE doesn't work on this rom even with the correct APN(it comes with an HSPA+ one by default).
bummer, this rom seems smoother
LTE started working all of a sudden now. I apologize for the confusion. Looking good!

Swype Sense 4.0
Here's my first theme so be nice
I didn't like the look of the original Swype keyboard and really really missed the look of Sense 4.0 so I decided to theme Swype like that. This is what came of it:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
This mod does not include the Swype.apk since it is considered warez and is against XDA policy to redistribute those files. As such, you must currently have Swype installed on your device and flash the .zip in recovery. This will work on TouchWiz and AOSP ROMs and should work on all versions of Swype as long as your device is XHDPI. More resolutions and colors will be supported in the future.
INSTRUCTIONS
Reboot into recovery
Flash swype-sense4.zip
Reboot and enjoy
Developers, feel free to add this to your ROM, but let me know first. You don't need a response - just let me know.

Couldn't add the apk because it violates XDA's terms and conditions. The sense 4 room isn't a task I would like to do alone since it would probably take a lot of work and give me a really big headache lol.

I just figured between rls10 and this themed keyboard you would have had time to throw together a sense rom. Hahahaha!

Nah it's not PopStyle. The theme was however inspired by PopStyle and Vicino's themes (mainly apollo) but images are from the Venom ROM theme by fisha
It's in the GalaxyMod ROM. You can extract the files from there.

What is your Swype.apk named as? If it's anything other than "Swype.apk" this will not work. I have a feeling your app is called "com.swype.nuance.apk" or something like that...

I believe we can make it work when it is released. It shouldnt be to hard.
And why paying more than 500 euros for a high end phone? You can always buy a nexus 4 or a cool HDC phone (the "fake" phones).

I think that it's worth a try anyway, we just have to wait and see how this project will evolve
The matter is not if it will run on pur phone but who will port it. And who will use it until there will be more apps from the "big" software developers (remember that there aren't many good games for linux and this mobile distro doesn't give any support for apk files yet)?

Actually umb3rts is right. A distro like gentoo wouldn't be exactly user-friendly, and without a keyboard compiling would be really difficult and boring.

I like the boot logo.

I really like the theme of this rom. It also seems a lot snappier then the #2 rom. I can't quit playing with my phone long enough to know whether the battery is any better though. Keep up the good work bro.

I hear the battery life is awesome compared to the competition... but I'm in the same boat, I play around with it too much to know 4 sure. I know I've had it on and been using it for 6 hours and I'm still at 78 %... which is good by me

Not sure yet
I suppose ill have to finish it first.
Still have some bugs to work out, and some tweaks to apply. And I'm not too happy with battery life.

This is my attempt at a Sense 6.0 port for the Motorola Moto G
There are plenty of ROMs for the Moto G, but any ports are nowhere to be found. So this is my try to remedy that. This ROM is made via the ROM-Porter Tool found here. I am not a developer, so any help is and will be greatly appreciated. This ROM is based on the latest CyanogenMod 11 nightly for the falcon, as well as a stock deodexed ROM from the HTC M8.
Status: Boots to Bootlogo and stays there/ROM needs to be slimmed down to fit in system.
What works:
currently unknown
Whats broken:
Probably everything
Will not boot currently
Will not flash until debloated

I don't know yet. I built the ROM, but I can't flash it yet. My device is currently unrooted and am waiting on an unlock code from motorola via email.
Thats why it has nothing under "What does & doesn't work"
Alright I'll test it right now

I don't know what symlinked means, but I've already attempted to debloat it by removing the demo software and the unneeded extra IME apks, but I don;t know the system partition size for the Moto G.

Thank you for the information. I deleted the extra IMEs and some of the Google apps, but apparently it wasn't enough. I don't know which apps are safe to remove, and which apps are essential for the device to operate.
But at least it was deodexed, so that helped.

Not sure either but if this is not even sure to boot its best to get rid of gapps and anything HTC media like music gallery camera then add it later once it boots

Well that's good, well it's better than being stuck at fastboot.
Now we just need a Dev who can decipher logcats and such.

Instead of porting the whole firmware, couldnt you just port some apps so it looks like sense 6?
