No Kies doesn't detect Custom roms, even if they did updating a firmware using kies when using custom roms will brick your device.

first question what do you need kies for?
If you want to flash official firmware you can do it easily via Odin
Secondly kies does not detect Unofficial firmwares therefore if you're running Cyanogen or Any other version kies wont detect it however it will detect a custom ROM based on Official firmware

I need the stock rom for i9003
Log in to boot load and if your root was correct you should be able to recover to last stable ROM/stock rom if you backed up your phone correctly.

Well do you have Clock Work Mod Recovery installed? If you do have it installed then you should be able to boot into it by holding down the power + volume up button.
If you do not have Clock Work Mod Recovery installed then you need to install it and then you can use the CF-Root exploit to root your tablet.
Use these instructions to install Clock Work Mod Recovery if you don't already have it installed.
forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1657056
Also what non official jelly bean rom did you install?
Here is also another good link for you to teach you how to root your tablet with the jelly bean update.
www.ibtimes.co.uk/articles/411639/20121205/root-galaxytab2-wifi-p5110-jellybean-xxclk7-ota.htm
I hope that helps.

OMG thank you so much!!!
it worked, the problem was that i was using a wrong "clock work mod recovery"...every time i downloaded for my model of tab "gt-p5113", but it looks like it wasnt working, i couldnt root my tab, only gt-p5110 version works... thx :good:
THX for help, ur the best!!!
