Hello, I have one problem. I want to revert back to stock ROM. But everytime I turn on my phone, it stucks on HTC logo (not the quietly briliant... ). Thanks for help
Btw. I have not burnt nand and when I try to install another ROM it works :/

Downloaded ROM
Rebooted to recovery (latest TWRP)
Wiped everything except sd-card
Flashed the rom
Rebooted
I waited for almost 20 min but nothing happened.

The rom you are saying is stock?? Right??
Change the recovery and try..

I get the mobile rooted with unlocked bootloader But I know that there was CWM recovery. I installed it (from terminal emulator), but it's the same

Still not working... :/
But there is one weird thing in bootloader. When I boot to bootloader it shows: SD Checking...No image! (and some letters .img). This shows about 7 times and then it shows selection screen (fastboot/recovery/factory reset/simlock)
Second weird thing is that I have radio 1.10.80.14M3 (I'm from WestEurope), but in RUU isn't the same radio :/
(These things were there before I installed new recovery/stock ROM)
Now, I tried to install the stock rom by immortal yash and it works! So thank you for wasting a time with me

I did not see that is meant for ICS and i install it.

Let me guess: no backup or anything?
if you have back up try restoring it from recovery...if you dont then reinstall the rom again from recovery.(wipe cashe data..system) should work just fine...at least is what i did in my nexus s..when i did this mistake..
Are your recovery and rom stock or custom? Cyanogenmod, CWM recovery etc...
If I were you, I would install CWM recovery for your phone and then install some custom rom, they are just awesome

i have the same problem my phone just gets stuck with the google screen, but I already had cwm recovery installed but when I try to install cm9 or even cm7 its says that it cant open the package and the installation gets aborted. should Itry using the wug toolkit to flash the zips. and am i supposed to install sabra root toolkit on my phone...??? thanks.
htc one mini no os... not booting up (just on htc logo), cannot enter recovery mode (only the green "entering recovery" then back to white screen) , adb not working.... "tampered and unlock on top... os version 1.32.401.2.....bought in dubai.... help me pls... im desperate... i dont know what to do... is this fixable still??? pls help... thank you in advanced..

yes.
you can either flash the appropriate kernel to your actual ROM - your old system should be back - or you flash a new ROM (dont forget to wipe everything - except the internal SD-card) and after that flash the kernel (its in the ROM.zip) via fastboot (fastboot flash boot boot.img).

i saved the custom rom on usb flash then i put my htc one mini on recovery then i wiped(wipe and install new rom) then when i hit install zip from sdcard , it says "can't mount / sdcard... i really dont know what to do..

i ficed it... i did flashed the hybrid rom.. but the problem is there is no messages and music... but phone is working now... any suggestions?
Hybrid rom is horrible for me. I tried it, but I'm backing to m4 stx rom, I recommended it!

The kernel atm only supports the 4.2.2 because our one mini isn't getting any support from htc. The latest kernel source is still 4.2.2. So the only roms that would work would be the magio rom r3.
Hello, I have a xt925 with KK stock, and before I do s##it my recovery with CWM 6.0.4.4 worked normally
But as I am idiot I tryed to install philz advanced recovery... Ok installed sucessfull... After I tryed to back to my CWM 6.0.4.4 and now I can't open recovery and install any recovery because on promt show me (Variable not supported)...
Can anyone help me ? How will I get my recovery back ?

@edit : I did the download of the last version of minimal adb and fastboot, but it didn't work... and my boot loader is already unlocked when I run "fastboot oem unlock" blablabla....

Yes, you will.
No, it cant do nothing by itself, its just the correct ADB module for a XT925 device...and it pretty much answer your next question.

Just use this fastboot to install any custom recovery you prefer. Dont let your cell phone reboot into the OS or the custom recovery you installed will be replaced by the stock one!

unlocked bootloader
installed cm-recovery from here: https://download.cyanogenmod.org/?type=nightly&device=peregrine
tried to flash cm, got a bootloader error,
followed this guide: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=59520890&postcount=233
Now using bootloader 411A
flashed cm-13.0-20160121-NIGHTLY-peregrine.zip
from here: https://download.cyanogenmod.org/?type=nightly&device=peregrine
now the phone is stuck at the boot screen.
So I flashed twrp recovery, successful and reflashed cm-13.0-20160121-NIGHTLY-peregrine.zip
I tried several different guides that included all sorts of cache deletion and format orders but the result is still the same
(I am not using an sdcard but only the internal storage.)
After rebooting, the phone is stuck on the Cyanogenmod boot icon (blinking cat face) since past half hour.
Please guide how to debug/recover.

Thanks for the reply, but the goal is to get cyanogenmod on my phone. How does the stock rom help me with that??
Just for testing, I have installed the stock rom to see if it works and it does. I now have a Motorola Android 5.1 on my phone. But thats not what I wanted.
Anyone having any idea how to make cyanogenmod work?

Just to restoring a kernel on it...after restoring one, go to TWRP, make your wipes and flash again your CM

Maybe you can also explain to my why installing the custom rom mattered, since I wiped everything before installing cm again, I would assume there is nothing of the stock rom left on the device.

Not really able to explain...sometimes sh*t happens...
But this procedure works almost every time.
Surely due to your bootloader error after your first flash with CM recovery...something was broken...

which exact error does your phone show?
can you boot into recovery? if yes then do a full wipe and reflash the whole rom.

Hi, how did you flash your new rom ? Using your computer with adb tools ?
Then try to flash first the rom.zip (after a full wipe if coming from another rom), then flash boot.img (you must do that if your phone is s-on, you have to unzip rom.zip to you computer to find boot.img, place it in the same directory as rom.zip), after that it should boot.

maybe u insatlled another variants rom ..as far as i know our s3 don't have cm12
