Hi,
I have contacts events (not for all of them) that for some reason are repeated on phone's calendar:
1. For the contact person (for example) you may notice one event (birthday) on December 21th.
2. On Google calendar (PC) you can noticed the event (one time).
3. On the mobile you may notice several similar events (1 under event and 4 under birthday). The same apply for the Google calendar on the phone as well as the agenda. Only one event is shown under Google contact person.
I cannot erase it.

Hello,
I have a contact (Facebook + Windows Live) and I have merged the two accounts (facebook + Windows Live).
Now it appears that after the Mango Update the conversation with this person is in two different conversations. Basically in the messaging app the contact appears twice. One seems to be the old (pre-Mango SMS communication) while the other one seems to only contain new message (a missed call alert + facebook chat).
Is there anyway to merge the two conversations together?
I have a developer unlocked phone.

I Have The Following Requirement In Android App.
1. I Have The Habit Of Saving All My Contacts In Gmail Contacts.
2. Most Of My Contacts Saved, Will Have Some Kind Of Dates, Updated. E.g Birthday, Anniversary Date, Custom Date Etc.
I Need An Application Which Should Do The Following...
1. Read The Dates From The Google Contacts List, On A Daily Basis.
2. Keep Reminding Me Daily On The Matching Names From The Contact List & Help Me Send A Message Or Call The Contact.
3. Remind Me 2 Days (Or Specified Days) In Advance About The Upcoming Date Reminders.
What I Don't Want To Do Is As Follows:
1. Since The Dates Are Already Updated In Google Contacts Once, I Do Not Want To Retype It Again And Create Another List For Any Other Application.

This app basically uses the GOOGLE CALENDAR as the Source of Information to display the Name of the caller on call screen during call. So please install Google Calendar from the Store.
Concept :-
In Business we receive lots of calls but we can't store all those numbers in our contact, as most of the times we only receive the calls of clients/others which are temporary. Storing the number in our contact may clutter the contact book making it difficult to maintain.
Also if we have multiple devices storing the contact on one device won't display the Caller ID on the other device. Synchronizing contact can be sometimes difficult. This will create the same problem of cluttered Address Book.
We normally store our appointments in the Calendar along with the number of client. Why not search the same during call. This is our solution to the problem.
This basically uses
1) Calendar as your secondary contact book.
2) Calendars can be synchronized, hence essentially making the synchronized secondary contact book.
3) This app can display additional information stored in the calendar along the contact. (For alpha stage only the location is being displayed. later will come other options)
Just store the information of the client in the Title of Calendar along with his number in the Description. And same will be displayed during the call on screen.

Concept is explained below:-

4) Quick add the contact to calendar after the call from notification.
5) Quick open the contact after the call from notification.

Steps to get the app working
1) While creating the appointment in phone calendar store the phone number in description field.
2) the phone number will be read by the app during the incoming call, if it matches the incoming number then a popup will be shown during the call.
3) choose the fields to display during the call from the app.
