Dark mode is not for the app interface, it is just for the Quick Reply feature.

Hello everyone!
I'm with a small problem with my Htc one s.
I've flashed the LiquidSmooth 2.3.1 in this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2194095
It's a great rom and i'm happy with it but i just have a small problem and i've tried to search for an anwser but with no sucess.
The limit cap on the messages app it's 160 characters, after that it turns the sms into an mms.
Can i reverse this with some .apk? (do not want another app)
Thanks in advance!
Pedro Pinto
Can't you change this in the SMS settings?

I cant find any type of SMS settings for the stock app.
In the SMS app theres two buttons one for new SMS and the other is search.
In the settings of the phone the only thing related that i find is in the security options one setting for limiting the number of SMS that a app can use.

Go to settings>interface>hardware keys and enable show action flow. That will enable you to see the menu button on the lower right hand side of the messaging app

Hi,
Some apps can only be used in landscape mode. This is annoying as I am using also my phone in landscape mode.
Is there a trick (using tasker for example) or an app that could force these apps to be used in landscape as well as in portrait?
Regards, Chris
Ultimate Rotation Control is the app you are searching for

No, with the app you can set auto mode itself in the app. Select Auto (full)

What app do you have running to have the shortcuts? Or is that a lock screen?

Does it happen if you open messages from the app drawer too?
If not, delete the homescreen shortcut and add it again from the apps drawer
Also check default application settings, messages is set as default messaging app
