I want to ask that what leads to flash counter increment
1.flashing anything from odin
Or
2.flashing anything via recovery
Or both of them leads to increment???
And how to reset it???
Pls also tell me working procedure to unroot p3100 except flashing stock.
Thanx....
Only flashing root files or custom firmwares via pc odin increases counter
Not stock firmwares
Not via mobile odin
Reset to zero via triangle away app free version in this forum or paid in google play
I think this is a file called unroot to remove root somewhere in this forums use the one specific for your device model number

HELLO I WOULD LIKE TO UNROOT MY SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB 2 7.0.MODEL-GT-P3113 ANDROID 4.1.1..YESTERDAY I FOLLOWED (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1887757&highlight=rooting+4+1+1) GUIDE TO ROOTING AND GOT IT,,WHATS THE BEST AND EASIEST WAY TO UNROOT MY DEVICE?
The easiest way to unroot your tab is..
Reflashing your ROM.
Dont forget to clear your binary counter
Flash the latest firmware of your region,
From sammobile,
Flash it from mobile /pc odin,
You would be on the stock unrooted locked

I dont want to re-flash stock ROM and start from scratch. Is there any way to do it as in rooting it ?. Is there any file which can be used to unroot it as in the case of a file which is used to root it through ODIN ?
TIA

Hmmm, sorry but I'm confused. If you're on cm and you can open recovery I can only think you are still rooted (check this with root checker app) so not sure why you think you need to root. I see you tried to restore, what to? I can only suggest flashing back to a stock rom and then do the rooting process again.

Checked using root checker and it said sorry your device doesn't not have proper root access and I'd be more thank happy if I could get a stock ROM for gt-p5100xxld7 3G+WiFi

Dude, I've no idea what you're going on about! You seem to be quoting your own posts and replying to them, and they don't make sense! Go to sammobile.com enter your model number under firmware, find your country and download it. Then flash it with odin!
