Use the generic one.. Present in android section (apps and games section).. It works pretty fine (I'm using M7 version)

I think you need to flash a custom kernel like

So when I flash official cm10 then I can flash that kernel from the link to work with cm10

It should be possible to. But it all depends on your ROM. You give too little detail for us to help too much.

Download kernel from venom hub and flash it
Or
Download any ics kernel from respective thread and flash it from recovery
If u r s on den enable smart flash from recovery
