Well you sort of answered your own question, to get it we use the xda app or tapatalk

I don't know or this is the right section but can someone tell me when I flash cm for normal sensation 10 on my sensation xe can I than still work on 1,5ghz or only 1,2

I think you need to flash a custom kernel like

This thread should be in Q&A section rather than android development I believe.

So when I flash official cm10 then I can flash that kernel from the link to work with cm10

Is there anyway to customize toggles appearance and poistion?(long press carrier text)

It should be possible to. But it all depends on your ROM. You give too little detail for us to help too much.

Did you look in Venom hub
Find in themes. Search something with HQS ( Horizontal Quick Settings)

I'm using jerrytan's aio mod, with some edited pngs for a more stock coloured sense. I can change the colours of the bars and share with you if you like.
