You Need ROOT for this MOD !!!!!
Detailed installation process:
-) download the apk
-) copy the apk to your sdcard
-) with e.g. Root Explorer copy the apk first only to /system
-) rename the apk to its original name (without my mod-extensions on the beginning)
-) set the permissions to rw-r--r--
-) set owner and group to root
-) move the apk-file only now from system to system/app and replace the original one (or rename the original to.bak before)
-) if there is also an odex-file with same name delete it (or rename it to .bak)
-) clear dalvik-cache and cache
-) reboot

is there a chance to have the font in blue or black since i use bright wallpaper, or telling me how 2 do it if it is easy to do
the other option 4 me is to have another widgets where u can control font color, size etc etc

it depends on if nova can see samsung stock widgets, for example apex laucher dont see Splanner widget
the mod has nothing to do with launchers, it just replace the stock widget with another stock widget but moded

Sorry, i don't wanted to be rude thanks for your shared widgets, i was searching a working accuweather (5x2 resizable) for leaked chinese rom; it's strange but original accuweather widget from GNote's gingerbread roms pushed on ics fill only 4x and not 5x.

I was interested in using this too but didnt work for me (failed to load widget or something)

Just click on the little grey button "mount r/w" in Root Explorer and it will work.

Dont know slimsaber, if all system apps are resigned there than you have to resign the modded apk also with the same cert for working ....

Try to put the widget in /preload/symlink/system/app, change permissions and reboot.

V1 won't work too. Try to delete the .odex file attached to the widget.

ok so first install external launcher the one you whant on playstore
copy your old launcher to your sd card (just in case) and delete it if you have my magazine you can delete it also
download the version you whant 4x5 or 5x5 and copy it to system/priv-app and set correct perm if your rom is odex so remove touchwiz.odex
download wallpapercropper and wallpaperpicker and paste it to system/priv-app , remove wallpaperchooser.apk
download the apk secthemechooser + flipboard + flipboard briefing and the theme you whant and copy it to system/app and set correct perm
reboot your phone and start with external launcher go to setting application and go to the last tab you can see touchwiz so clik on it and supress data
push the home button to start touchwiz

I had fixed permissions but not changed the name.

Change name of 4x5launcher to SecLancher3.apk and overwrite old one and fix permission, don't forget to install any costum launcher as a backup
I hade already deleted seclauncher3.apk and its odex file before copy 4×5 launcher. Then is it required to rename?

you have to install another launcher (NovaLauncher) and make default
what it need
Root just done
Download packet here
Copy zip on sdcard and extract all using root explorer
Copy CommandCenter.apk under system/priv-app and give permissions to file rw-r–r– (0644) like all other files
Copycom.motorola.commandcenter.library.jarunder system/framework and give permissions to file rw-r–r– (0644) like all other files
Reboot G3 and choose you great widget from menu

Thanks for the porting, but how to set the widget in center of the screen in stock launcher? Are you using nova?
In stock launcher the widget is 4X2 so i can't set in the center of the screen :/

Use G3 tweakbox to change the home screen grid size.
thanks for the great app. its funny that few days ago i was looking for something like this on play store. really liked the widget on droid turbo pictures.
2 problems though,
-on top of city name theres a loading bar that keeps spinning, i guess its trying to load the weather picture.
-when i press the weather degree which open the weather forecast window it looks like this
1 more issue (sort of), when u click on the side buttons to widen the widget and get more info a loading animations which is kinda ugly and i dont think its like that on the droid itself.
now im not even sure if these can be fixed since its not originally made for other devices but it would be nice if it could cheers

Thanks but when pressing on the right or left side of the widget, it must open 2 side windows, with 3X2 they are cutted, need a 5X2 size ;/
