please help cannot flash my device
when i switch off and connect in flash mode the program shows nothing that my device is connected in flash mode or the device is connected or the device is disconnected
CANNOT EVEN CONNECT IN FASTBOOT MODE THE LED IS IN BLUE AS CONNECTED IN FAST BOOT BUT THE FLASHTOOL DON'T SHOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE DEVICE EVEN IN FLASHMODE THE LED IS TURNED GREEN AND FLASHTOOL SHOWS NOTHING ABOUT THE DEVICE
from then my phone becaome very slow
its fast after sometime and working good but i need to flash newly

Now about the problem...have you installed the flashmode and fastboot.drivers.from drivers folder.in flashtool location...probably you have.not....install proper drivers..

Hello ... my story a little problem ... I unlock the bootloader , install a custom- karnel , root and all perfect ! 15.3.A.1.14 received the update , the download and install flashtool wanted to try to solve few hiccups ... the problem was when connected to the pc in Flashmode only the green LED is lit for a few seconds, turn off and nothing happened , from that moment on, try conecterlo the wall charger and the same thing happens and green LED turns off, the pc Coneto and achieve to recognize it as a USB input device while another device as defined by the HID compliant provider ( as 2 different devices ) and if I connect and I hold the keys precionado volume up and down is connected as Qualcomm HS- USB QDLoader 9008, pass 30 seconds and reconnect as the 2 devices ... it is clear that attempts to repair the software with Sony PC Companion and Update Service but enters as Flashmode I could not do it , I can not connect in fastboot mode .. try to be as clear as possible thank you very much beforehand ! hope can help me . sorry for my English , I'm Argentinian

Did you try to connect it to another PC? Because from what I can understand, it's a driver problem.
Today I also unlocked my bootloader to try Kit-Kat and I had a massive problem with drivers. Thankfully I solved it by installing the universal driver pack by Doomlord.

in another, no. but if I made a partition and install windows 7. because when I had that the above operating Sintema and now I have windows 8.1. equally before attempting this update had istalado istalar Sony PC Companion with all drivers

Pressing ctrl + down and connect to pc makes led turn green,
Then suddenly turn red and goes to charge mode and turn phone on.

I can't flash firmware, Pls help me
I am using flashtool version 0.9.18.6,
Installed z3 drivers from directory flashtool/drivers.
When phone is turned on check driver shows serial no & drivers installed true
After booting in flashmode there are these errors
Use debugging is off(its on)
Check device not in mtp mode
Windows notification shows us device not recognized
I have pc companion installed,& previously used the same laptop for flashing
There is problem with restart need to use yellow reset button every time,is it interfering with flashtool,will flashing fix it????
Guys my m2 stuck in semc flash device..
When i connect with pc..
In device manager it shows semc flash....
No flashmode and fastboot mode when i press volume down and up keys.
Flashtool doesn't detected..
Sony pc companion doesn't detected

Connect your phone, go to device manager and uninstall the driver and disconnect your phone,
Now if you're running Windows 8+ restart your PC with driver signature enforcement disabled through advance boot, now go to C:\Flashtool\drivers and open the driver installer and install Flashmode and fastboot drivers and now connect your phone and go to device manager and install the Sony Xperia M2 driver http://developer.sonymobile.com/downloads/drivers/xperia-m2-driver/
Once that's done open your sim/microsd tray and use a pin and click on the red button inside the hole,
Now connect your phone to your PC and tell me what it says in device manager and later open PC companion and see what it detects

But my phone is detected as semc flash device..
Device doesn't goes to flashmode or fastboot mode...
If i connect my device in another pc which doesn't have any drivers for adb or Xperia m2.
It shows "qhusb bulk" in device manager..
I don't know what it means?

Hey, i want to ask you guys for help me with my E6633, i boot my phone, run camera - lag - 3buttos and force down, after that i restore twrp backup, boot up phone - next lag - force down again and game over. Cant turn on, phone no react for vibrations with 3x button combo and if i connect phone Flashtool tell me USB connectet with USB Debug Off nothing more can to do..

USB 2.0 & 3.0 tried but not different
trying Original Sony USB Cable & one universal by Nokia both work the same..
At the last thing, notification LED not work, blue, green, pink or orange - no one of this
Xperia Companion not helped me, porgram ask for flash mode, not recognized again, so only one thing i have is Flashtool log :
- INFO - Starting phone detection
- INFO - Device connected with USB debugging off
PS: I try my E6653 and fastboot & flash are working fine, recovery & adb too
Im in the end of this, please help what to do to fix my phone, really love my Z5.

Same problem here
I have the same problem, i've dissarm the whole phone, charge the battery and nothing. my phone died after a massive notifications then get a black screen and after that reboot with the Sony logo, and after that dead, not working, but the pc is detecting it.
