[Q] Class 1 Bluetooth? - Nexus 5 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi
I am looking to buy this pair of wireless headphones for use with my nexus 5, the specs say they have a range of up to 100M if paired with a compatible class 1 device. Is the nexus 5 a class 1 Bluetooth device?
EDIT: Sorry, posted in wrong section, mods please feel free to move to Q&A section.

Which buy Nexus 4 or Moto G?

Hi guys, i'm looking for a new cheap android smartphone. I saw nexus 4 is still a good phone, but most people are going with n5 and n4 is no longer supported by google.
I don't want to spend much so i'd prefer to buy moto g. Also, i know android thanks to my friends, but i'm still with nokia 5800 (symbian) and i think i'll be happy switching to android. Which devide do you advice?
Is really resistant moto G? I see it has gorilla 3 instead nexus 4 has gorilla 2. I need a resistant phone because i travel every day with school/work.
Also, i'm going to buy "rubesperry pi", i heard is possible to connect the "pi" to android smarthphone. Is moto g a good device to run "Pi" ? also can Moto G run Ubuntu Touch/Backtrack/Kali linux too? I don't know if 1GB of ram is enough for Moto G
Do you still prefer nexus 4 (2GB of ram) for modding, dual boot other OS etc or Moto G is good too?
thanks a lot for your time reading my post
Could i get some advices please? Or this is wrong section? thank you
Hi, nexus 4 is supported officially , and will be supported unofficially for years to come. Nexus 4 is a far superior phone than moto g and can do anything like Ubuntu or any other os , has support more than any phone

AptX?

So I recently started to search for a new pair of headphones and found these 4.50 btnc (By sennheiser ) they support aptx. I thought to myself how cool it would be if I could mod the nexus 5 to do this. After sometime I updated my nexus 5 to linage OS 15 and guess what I found ... I found some settings inside of the developer's options that
"Let you use aptx on your phone" but the question is does it actually work?!
Cuz if yes this phone is a beast !
And I just saved my nexus 5 for one more year
Thanks for replies!
/*one gigantic comment
BTW I searched a lil and there are modes out there for the nexus 6p and some more devices but what is important is the Chip set and snapdragon 800 isn't in the list */
It's been discussed before but these threads are old.

Tablets that support USB Host Mode

Was not really sure where the best place to post this was, so hopefully, here will work. I currently have a Nexus 7 2012 in my car, it has been installed for around 5 years now and as to be expected, considering the operating environment, it is starting to slow down. While trying to find a replacement for it, I am having difficulty finding out what tablets out there currently support USB Host Mode. For example, I have a Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014 edition) that does not support it without purchasing a $40 adapter from Lavalink (which from the reviews is overpriced and not guaranteed to work).
I had found a few posts referencing this site... http://usbhost.chainfire.eu/ but it does not work anymore.
Before buying a new tablet I want to be sure that USB Host Mode will work, does anyone know of any 8-10" tablets that do support USB Host Mode? either by default or with a 3rd party ROM? I have been looking at the Lenovo Tab 3 8.0, Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (SM-T350) and Samsung Galaxy Tab E 9.6 (T560) specifically. No real reason other than the fact they are newer than my Nexus 7 and can be picked up for a reasonable price.
Thanks.

Is Android (OS) backwards compatible?

First of all if this is the wrong forum, apologies.
I'm looking at buying a replacement stereo for my car and am looking at some (with a screen) that have Android on them. My question is, with my phone - Samsung Galaxy s6 - having android 7 on it do I need to get the stereo with android 7 on or would I get away with one that has android 6 on it?
Thanks
