Sorry but the second screen is the HTC Sense from the new HTC Hero, search on the net but it's a complete interface (like TF3D for WM), not a simple theme.

It has inbuilt support for Tamil....
It supports Tamil Mails/Messages also ... In gingerbread 2.3.6 you can get tamil/unicode support(browser alone) by changing the text code to "Auto detect".

Read about the TouchWiz Task Manger and wanted to try it out on my AOKP Rom.
Found a couple of zip's but they didn't work for me, so i made the attached flashable file. Havn't testet it on Sense Rom's.

I cant download themes from the miui theme store, it says can't download:300004. I also cant install/import mtz files it says null:cant import PLEASE HELP!!!
