I'm moved a lot today after installing Android ICS in My desire s
It has inbuilt support for Tamil....
It supports Tamil Mails/Messages also ... In gingerbread 2.3.6 you can get tamil/unicode support(browser alone) by changing the text code to "Auto detect".
Attached Screenshot of dinakaran.com in my ICS browser

Hello xda,
I had a problem with the new firefox browser for my android - actual HTC Desire - it couldn't be installed via market. So i thought about changing the name of the device but nah! It's much easier:
https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mobile/releases/14.0/android/multi/
If you want a localized version, just search through the index of the ftp

bluetooth device Completely overcome (M74.1/M7 4.2/M7 4.3?)
4.1.2 Sense5:
BT/NFC/FMRadio/Stock WifiRouter All work
如果一些设备没有官方的4.2 Sense5,但它有一个完美的JB4.1内核,那么它将使用蓝牙无限期待
Google 翻译:
If some devices do not have the official 4.2 Sense5, but it has a perfect JB4.1 kernel, then it will use Bluetooth infinite expectation
