Any way to run WebSockets/HTML5 on Chrome Beta/Andorid

Silly question/request, but is there any possible way to get this to load on chrome beta or an Android device in general:

I can get it to come up to here, and it's telling me that Port 443 seems to be blocked.

bluetooth device Completely overcome (M74.1/M7 4.2/M7 4.3?)
4.1.2 Sense5:

如果一些设备没有官方的4.2 Sense5,但它有一个完美的JB4.1内核,那么它将使用蓝牙无限期待
Google 翻译:
If some devices do not have the official 4.2 Sense5, but it has a perfect JB4.1 kernel, then it will use Bluetooth infinite expectation

Thanks.
