I just recently flashed the new rc1 cyanogenmod update and now I can't send messages but I can receive them. Anybody know how to fix this problem. I can make calls fine just i am not able to send them.

running any version of cm9 on my photon i can not make or receive calls or send or receive sms messages or mms. also cant use the camera but i expected that one.

Hi, I am new here so please bare with me. I have a rooted samsung mesmerize. I am running ICS. I have tried many other ROMs and it seems like for every ROM I send blank sms. I can receive sms perfectly, but I cannot send them. Does anyone have a fix for this?
Moto G XT1031 running CM11 and Xperiance kernel on Boost Mobile
i cannot send sms or receive calls, until i place an outbound call, then it works but only for a short time. i checked the apn it is correct for boost. i have Voice+ uninstalled but i have google voice installed but im not signed in. ive had this problem off and on since i first flashed a custon rom on this device a couple weeks ago. data connection works fine. i have tried several different roms. if you need more info just ask. anything you can tell me is greatly appreciated
UPDATE: Today I found out I cannot receive text messages either.
My S5 can't send sms messages, but can send mms. Yesterday my wife S4 started having the same problem. Here are the details of my phone. Has anyone else had this issue?
HI All, I'm looking for help with my Sprint Note 5. It's unlocked and im using it for MetroPCS, Everything seems to be working beside receiving SMS and MMS. It wasn't working on stock or custom rom. I get calls ,can call out and send SMS and MMS but for some reason i cant send them. Would really like some help if someone knows what the problem could be. I also tried different messaging apps. Thanks.
