Time To say GOOD BYE to HTC CHACHA

Dear All
I have use HTC Chacha for more than two month,it was a very good phone but due to some battery issue or some personal experience m going sell my Chacha today..will buy Samsung Galaxy Ace or Plus...I would like to thanks all d developers who helped to unlock boot loader & root my HTC CHACHA..I enjoy so many customs ROMS to In it..After using so many QWERTY mobile m Planing to buy m full touch screen phone...will keep in touch wid u all wid my experience of CHACHA...

Swapping Chacha with Ace...Watchful...

I would say, watch your step. Apart from bigger display, I don't see any advantage of Galaxy Ace over chacha. Rather on -ve side, Ace have only 278Mb Ram (compare to 512Mb of Chacha).
Processor specs look to be same.
So why a lateral shift? Any specific reasons to dump Chacha? If you can share your experience with Chacha, that will be beneficial. Thanks.

I'm thinking to change phones soon, maybe the new Desire C. Not sure yet.

Desire C is Good but not yet launched in India so have to go for it...
Desire C will be cheapest Android4.0 Mobile....

I been looking at desire c as replacement for my chacha - my only concern is that it does not have a flash on the camera (chacha has LED flash)

Yeah the Desire C looks promising for the budget market. I wouldn't go for an outdated budget Android device like the Galaxy Ace though, that's just asking for trouble
You can also check out eBay and get a reasonably priced Desire HD used (which is what I'm doing)

Sorry if this is off-topic here.I have been thinking of getting rid of my sensation and purchase a new phone.But going nuts over which phone to buy.So my question to all you awesome geeks is:
Is there a complete phone in the market now which has the android OS as beautiful as HTC sense+ A beautiful display like HTC One X plus + raw processing power like LG Optimus G (2GB RAM + 1.5GHz Quad Core r u kidding me?? )+ great camera/video recording like Samsung Galaxy S3??
Please guys am awaiting your replies for my dream phone. I know HTC One X + is a cool phone but it's camera and video recording is very sub-par and I won't buy it.

Best $100 Android phone... Thoughts?

What is everyone's opinion on the best $100 (+/- $20) Android phone. Can be New or Used. Factor in best hardware, dev support, etc... I need a phone for my 11 yr old daughter and can only seem to come up with the Pantech Burst @ $120 new. Thoughts?

Just bought an Xperia x10 for my girlfriend off ebay for 125.00 US. Its great so far however the software update (2.3.3) has caused the camera to stop working. I installed feralab v27 fire which has fixed that. However, I now get a wifi error.
I also saw the Xperia x10 mini pro on ebay for about 90.00 US.

The burst is far better than those two...
Tbh, the Pantech Burst in terms of specs are probably the best you can get at that price. Its a dual core Snapdragon S4 with a gig of RAM

I would absolutely prefer a Nokia WP device, they are beautiful and have lots of nice software extras, but I would take any android device. 6 of the top 9 best rated phones on Moonar store are android smartphone. For this zopo c2 mtk6589 It's quad core mobile phone android 4.2 RAM 1GB ROM 32GB 5.0 inch FHD screen. Especially like this 13.0MP camera and up to 4096×3072 pixels resolution.

Well, I'm pretty happy with my ZTE v970 with custom JB ROM (Bruno), but for an 11 yo girl a well known brand with everything working out of the box is obviously a better choice. I'd probably go to a store with her, see what's available at the price range and let her choose what she likes best... looks probably count more for her than hardware

just please, dont buy a china copy of original phone, like clone of s4 or s3... it is really bad phones

[Q] Buying the best option possible within my budget

As my old Xperia X8 curently rests in peace I have the chance to buy a new smartphone device. The thing is that as a college freshman my budget is as low as it gets, so the purpose of this post is that you guys, the elite of the net when it comes to smartphones, could help me choose wisely.
My goal is to find a smartphone that I can find here in my homeland (Greece to be particular) or could order from abroad, that wouldn't cost more that 130-145 € (shipping included or low enough if possible).
What I'm looking for mainly is a fast processor with good ram capacity that whouldn't let me down at multitasking, web browsing, app executing etc.To be percise, what I'm looking for is the best and fastest processor/ram combination I can find within that budget.
From there on, my preferences focus on the camera,wifi capabilities (speed and range), screen size and looks/styling with that particular order.
My manufactor preferences are Samsung and Sony of course. But if any other mobile manufactor has what I'm looking for I would be glad to take a look.
I myself have made a small research on possible devices I could buy. Unfortunately I am not a phone specialist.I'm far from it, (although I would like to get there one day hopefully) so these are some devices I came up with during a quick search at a greek online store:

well i'll look them up.As for the motorola I think it hasn't arrived to my country's major sellers. I can find it though but it costs like 200 euros at this point. It seems awesome though and I think that I would definetelly buy it. how about the htcs you sent me? better cpu than xperia m?

You should definitely go for Motorola Moto G because it comes with Kitkat out of the box and Specs are truly awesome, Camera is pretty good too.. on the other hand HTC desire x is a pretty out dated phone , and 601 may be a nice choice but Moto G offers more in Less price ..

I've been a big Samsung Fan, but somehow it has changed in the last few months. I'd take the Sony, it looks better and is not a "everybody has got it- samsung"

honestly the moto g is my no1 preference but as i told you i couldn't find it cheaper than 195 euros.I found it on sites abroad but the shipping and taxes would raise the price to the same level. If anyone could advise me on how to obtain it in a cheaper price like the US and India ones that would be awesome!!!!

it's like you're asking me to spend my money for half a year of use, maximum! I'm a poor student, not a naive Richy McRich!

I personally don't think Xperia is worth it's price. It has a lot of issues with it's software from my and other people I know's experience. So... I'd recommend anything else but the Sony Xperia brand.

Based on your list, I would chose the xperia m !

[Q] Dual sim android phone recommendations

Hi all, would appreciate if anyone can give me recommendations for a dual sim android phone.
Here are the main things I care about, more or less in order of importance:
1. Great battery life (or ok battery life with removable battery and spare battery readily available to buy)
2. Powerful/fast - lots of memory, fast processor, preferably up-to-date android OS
3. Pre-loaded with android play store and upgradeable (if I understand correctly some of the Chinese dual sim phones have issues here)
4. Decent camera & resolution
That's about it, not asking for much then
I care less about weight, thickness, screen size (although less than 4" would be a pain), funky features & bloatware etc.
I've looked at a few choices like samsung galaxy grand 2, huawei g700, htc one dual sim, but reviews seem mixed and most seem to do badly in one or more of the above.
My only experience with dual sim was the samsung galaxy grand 1, and I didn't like it because I thought the battery life was pretty bad, underpowered and screen quality surprisingly awful.
If you know of any phones that fit the bill or you're using one that you think would be good please let me know.

You could consider galaxy S5, or S4, or HTC Desire 816, I wouldn't recommend a no name brand even thought it might seem a deal price - specifications, notice how all got 4.2.2 Android and will probably stay that way for good, too many compromises, I know from experience..

Purchase the Videocon A24... Thats a superb phone for you.. And also for me
