the question is obvious, what's the name of this power control widget?

You only need to set the background to be completely transparent.

It is, just set "Background Fill" to full transparancy and "Button Dividers" to hidden.
Yep - power toggles. The thing I love about this app is that if you give it root permissions, it can toggle your GPS/airplane mode etc directly (instead of taking you to the setting page where you have to change the setting.
I love it because you can put app shortcuts in any position, and also folders, and change the icons. Probably one of my favorite widgets!

I've looked everywhere on the internet, and I can't find any solution to disabling the lock screen on Cyanogen 6 on my EVO; is it even possible, or, is there any software that will either disable it, or let me use something besides the power button to unlock it?
thanks so much!
widget locker doesnt exactly disable the stock cm6 lockscreen but it does allow a lot of customization....including using the volume rocker to wake the phone.......
thanks; it looks like it might be the closest I will get to an actual "no lock"
its a pain getting to the power button with the case I am using
Search for "no lock" in the market. Disables the lock screen.

doesnt work properly for me on Cyanogen 6.0..
SwitchPro Widget is an excellent 'power strip' widget in the market. With it you can have a disable/enable lockscreen widget on your power strip. Well worth the .99 centers!

Thanks for the tip. SwitchPro is the best power strip widget... it's extremely customizable.
thanks guys, switch pro did the trick!
Although it seems like you've already solved your problem, the customizable power widget in CM6 final allows you to do this. When you add the power widget it takes you to a configuration page and one of the options is to disable the lock screen. It's off by default so you will need to check the box to add that feature to the power widget.

well, I configured one of the buttons to be "lock screen", or "no lock", i forgot the term for it..
then, when you enable it, it shuts off the lock screen..
problem is, that widget causes alot of FC's in Cyanogen..frankly, ALOT of widget cause alot of FC's in Cyanogen 6..not too happy with it so far..
I have switchpro and CM6.0 (final version...not a nightly) and i have never had it FC. Try reinstalling it maybe?
So, anyone got a working one for data and GPS? I have Power Control Plus but it's a no go.

Doesn't the default Power Bar widget have toggles for data and GPS?
Barring that, check out Widgetsoid, it has an abundance of toggles you can add.
SwitchPro Widget.
Has the bluetooth button and GPS button been fixed for switchpro?

It does have GPS (the data one is only for wifi) and I'm using it but since I bought power control plus I'd like to keep using its features. To be honest, the only one I really miss is the data(3g) toggle.

Would it be possible to implement a flashlight notification toggle like in cm 10.1 and long press home button activiation in lock screen??
I have a lockscreen widget and a normal widget right now but that's not nearly as fast as the methods described above.
Not to mention the no look possibility with the home button one.
I'm using a rooted Stock Rom MDM with an i9505
thanks in advance
im going to bump this out of interest because im going through holy hell trying to find a method to have an easy to use DISCREET flashlight toggle

There's a hidden settings page on every S4 that allows you to turn it on with volume up, when the screens off.

I remember that there was a way to remove on screen buttons but don't remember how. Anyone know how since we now have s-off. I purchased an app a while back that allowed you to set swipe gestures as anything you want. So I set home, back, menu, recents, and google now as 2-3 finger swipes which is better than having on screen buttons.
edit- I removed it. Only issue is icons get pushed higher on homescreen only and can't move them lower.

No app just edit build.prop and add to the end qemu.hw.mainkeys=1. Then reboot.
GMD auto hide soft keys works also.

Every now and then I'll see a stick figure icon on the left side of my status bar by the clock and on the lock screen/aod in a bubble.
when I unlock the phone or pull down the notification panel any info disappears.
Anyone know what this little guy is for and how to get rid of him?
and the screenshot is.................? kinda hard to help if we don't see what it is..
The only icon I can think of that resembles a stick figure is the SMART THINGS icon.

It;s a stick figure, like the stick figure that was coming up on peoples nav bar on 8's and 9's for accessibility settings
it looks JUST LIKE THIS ONE IN THE PINK CIRCLE without the dots under it but its a icon by the clock
When you need a hug. Push this. That makes you more accessible.
here are screeenshots, I got it in action.
It has something to do with one of the apps I enabled in accessibility mode.
Anyway to stop the "check access settings" little guy notification from coming up

If you tap on the icon and bring up that app's notification settings, there may be an option to never notify for accessibility notifications.

Thanks, no clue then. It must be one of the apps, maybe the Galaxy HZ app having access to screen as it shows the stick figure in the notification as well. Check the app in Accessibility settings and try disabling it.
Also, what is the other app with moon and glowing clock? (screenshot attached)..looks cool

Weather neon, TONS of customizations for it, from dozens of widgets of all sizes down to changing colors of every piece individually.
that's just the notification one I liked but there are a ton more, and a big main one with different clocks
it's worth checking out, some stuff is iffy with it tho

My stickfig has a purpose, I can dim the screen at night or brighten it up. The icon comes up when you slide out the 'stick'. You can park this feature anywhere, to enable go to 'visibility enhancements' >>'extra dim'(screenshot is from S22)
So I'm guessing you can disable your stick figure somewhere there as well.
