[Q]possible a custom rom of 4.4 KitKat? - Eee Pad Transformer Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

as my topic title, Android KitKat had been showing that optimised for 512mb-1gb old tablets.
was hoping to have that....

Timduru was working on it but having issues. It may be possible, but there are few devs working on the TF101 so it may just take time

[Q] A Chance for Android 4.2 on our XOOM

Hey guys,
maybe you know it but Google announced that the Motorola Xoom doesn´t get Android 4.2 official.
But do you think it´s possible to port a rom from the Nexus 10?
Is there still a chance for android 4.2 on our xoom?
Greetings Marcel :cyclops:
There are plenty of threads on this. Head on over to the General section.
CM has promised additional development for the Xoom using 4.2 among others. it is not dead yet!!
team eos
As long as they can get it under 236mb on the system partition it's completely doable. However this thread is totally unnecessary since it's already being discussed in depth.

[Q] KitKat 4.4 on tf101

Does anyone know if anyone is working on a 4.4 ROM for the tf101? I hope there is someone, I really want to see how well the tf101 runs on it.

TimDuru was working on it but ran into some snags, so he shelved the 4.4 development while he fine-tuned his excellent 4.3 Rom (even more).
I was thinking about giving it a shot with OmniROM sources, but haven't quite got everything prepared yet to get there. I'm currently using OmniROM 4.4 sources to build TWRP for our devices, but it will require either separate device and kernel trees for a full ROM build or at least some tweaks to keep the 2 separated. If I come up with anything I'll post it.

Non Instrusive call source for 4.2.2

Hi
Actually, I thought of trying to port Non Intrusive call for miui.
But miui till now for Galaxy s3 i9300 is only upto 4.2.2.
And non intrusive call omni sources are based on 4.4.x
So can anyone please giude me to sources for 4.2.2 (if present).
Dont know if this question really belongs here since its so noobish but decided to ask it anyway...
Else I will have to wait till miui updates its base to 4.4.
Or is there any alternative method?
PS-> I have just started learning these things and not so expert to be called a true "developer"...

[Q] Question Android 4.4

Hi, look I'm new in this page and I have a Samsung Galaxy Core I8260, and I want to know how to install the Android 4.4 version?
I was looking for doing with cyanogenmod, can anyone help me please??:angel:
THANKS!!
There is no 4.4 for galaxy core...only modified stock ROMs.not even 4.2
Cm11 have lot of bugs.
It's a LOT of work.
The drivers for Galaxy Core hardware don't even exist in the newer kernels anymore.
If so many guys want it done by some, at least part time, consider pooling your money.
Asking nicely does nothing, as it's hard, specialized, intellectual work, and not a day of it at that.

Pure AOSP 4.2.2 ROM

In my opinion, a very stock vresion of Android 4.2.2, or even Cyanogenmod 10.1 is what this phone really needs for the best performance possible. Is anyone interested, or has the time necessary to port something like this to our Xperia L? It would be much appreciated!
Ask @STRYDER~007, maybe he can help you if he has some free time
There already is a Cyanogenmod10 .. but with A LOT of bugs .. Also, the developers have sort of moved on to CM13 only development(I Guess) ...
