viperS rom works only with one kernel the one that is included
it hasn't has a voltage table yet so you can't undervolt
wait for 3.1.4 update

Root, custom Rom, custom kernel, setcpu etc and YES you can OC.

Then look around samsung forum and try different kernels.
Im never used samsung and really i dont know how and how. But another android phone need for OC custom kernel.

It's not in an apk. The actual code for apm is in android_policy.jar and then the images in framework-res.apk

You have plenty of kernels, and its hard to say which one will be the best for your device, you have to give a try and test them and pick up the one which fit the best to tour wishes. Anyway , here are some well known kernels :
- Siyah
- N.E.A.K
- Speedmod
- Thoravukk
- AByss

As you can see, data connection is still.on request... Only after a few second but often after many minutes, it recive reaponse from server.. and also data connection switch between 3G/H constantly without connect to internet!
I can't use my connection often! So I tried my sim Vodafone on LG L9 and this problem.there isn't.

Are you on a stock Rom or not? Need some specifics.
