This is my problem:

As you can see, data connection is still.on request... Only after a few second but often after many minutes, it recive reaponse from server.. and also data connection switch between 3G/H constantly without connect to internet!
I can't use my connection often! So I tried my sim Vodafone on LG L9 and this problem.there isn't.

How can I solve this?

Are you on a stock Rom or not? Need some specifics.
And posting a video that is set as private really doesn't help
