Cwm flashable htc 4.0 icons

Download from Here http://www.mediafire.com/?py54czbyelpj30v or below my post.
1. Reboot into cwm.
2.choose update from sd card.
3.and choose the downloaded file.
4.click and update
5. Reboot and after that you should have htc icons.

I am now in CM 10 jelly bean 4.1.2 ROM. Will these icons works out flawlessly.

What not working.
1)Video recording
2)HDR Cannot be enable

U can see in the screenshot for me video mode is working.
Do one thing clear data and cache from setting app.

I tried the moto x camera provided in other forum and it worked.

Hey plz someone help me when i installed walkman on my canvas 2 my stock music was working fine but after sometime it stopped with error "Unfortunately, music has stopped"......plz help
