Ohhh guiess OP asking different thing
anyways @Dekill93 you just need some xml editings
what you have to do is to adjust workspace of homescreen of that launcher.
you've made this launcher locked landscape view so check this :
decompile launcher apk
go in system/layout/workspace_screen.xml
PHP:
launcher:cellWidth="@dimen/home_cellWidth" launcher:cellHeight="@dimen/home_cellHeight"
its original portrait view workspace for launcher & you have to set this to landscape view
so may be make changes like this
PHP:
launcher:cellWidth="@dimen/home_cellHeight" launcher:cellHeight="@dimen/home_cellWidth"
& make some changes in other xmls too which relate to that square part of homescreen.

bear in mind:
1) that this mod will overwrite all your settings preferences to default
2) your system UI may stop so clear SystemUI data from settings
3) this MOD is only tested on 4.4.2 based ROMs but it may work with others
4) this MOD is only for stock ROMs !!!
5) Flash after the ROM boot only

launcher moded from Xperia Z3
no framework changes required, just simply remove previous Home.apk from /system/app
and then either install like a normal apk (sometimes installer just keeps on going, somewhere around a minute or something it should be installed) or move to /system/app and set permissions as rw-r-r
Install No-Root Manually just like any other app
Caution : - Installing Manually Might Not get you Transparent statusbar and navbars (without home already in system)
Please Report All FC's/ bugs with screenshots/logcat if possible
This will work on most non-xperia devices as well
DO NOT FORGET TO WIPE HOME DATA
Workrs like Charm in Galaxy Grand2:good:

I totally agree with you regarding the misplaced dock icon on the home screen but I disagree with for making folders in drawer , just drag any app over the other one you will get a folder .

I've been trying to skin my phone and run into a problem I can't seem to theme where the navigation bar is Eg using uccw you can't place nothing or when using docks on launchers it places a rectangle that stops above nav bar. I know with lollipop there is no xposed framework

You decompile the apk packages, change what you want and recompile.

There is no need to decompile and recompile. You can just copy/paste same named png-s in .apk/res/drawable nodpi or drawable xxhdpi for our device. That works for all apps from factory image.

Is it possible to theme nav from homescreen only so I can give it its own background

Recompilation is required to edit things like XML. Signing properly is also important.

Whith respecr dear Lethargy! You don't need to decompile and signing properly stock app. For example: if you want to change almost all of UI, you just have to change images in framework-res.apk. You don' t need to do things mentioned before. When I was on Xperia I made this way too UI look like AOSP as possible.
I think that for noob is enough to know that. But off course, if you are UI designer and developer that isn't enough.

For replacing a .png it might be okay, but in no way are you going to modify anything else that way. Recompiling is the PROPER way to do it.
So in short someone like me I'm out of luck

If your launcher supports it you can hide the navbar then attempt to use something like Zooper Widget to imitate them on the bottom, but other than that, you have to recompile SystemUI.apk.
Wouldn't I need it for when I'm in apps
