[APP][2.3+] AircrackGUI 1.2 / for bcm4329 and bcm4330 chipsets

[Update]
v1.2.1

v1.2
-Added support for new method through bcmon.apk
v1.0.4:
-Put back support for GB2.3.3+
v1.0.3:
-Now it works on android 4.x+
v1.0.2:
-Fixed some bugs
-Uploaded "Logcat" version to debug debian output
Hi to all,
I'd like to present you my app, an aircrack-ng gui for the android phones which support monitor mode, i.e. bcm4329 and bcm4330 based ones.
It relies on the work made by the guys here: http://bcmon.blogspot.com/
thread on xda: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1892535
*** Download ***
You can download the apk from the attachment in this post. If you plan to use the new method, you don't need the debian image, and use bcmon.apk to enable monitor mode (download here). For the old method, with compiled module, you need the debian image here:
http://bitshare.com/?f=9qu56f6g
Mirror:
http://ge.tt/9GoRy9e
*** Installation ***
PREREQUISITES:
This program needs a rooted phone, with superuser/supersu, and busybox installed.
INSTRUCTIONS:
-New method (with bcmon.apk)
1. Install bcmon.apk from here http://code.google.com/p/bcmon/downloads/list
2. Enable monitor mode through the app
3. Load aircrackgui app and use it (switch to new method if necessary through settings menu)
-Old method (with pre-compiled module):
1. Extract the content of sdcard.rar to your sd card root, it will be /sdcard/aircrackgui
2. Compile your patched module and copy together with firmware in "module" subfolder (/sdcard/aircrackgui/module)
Put ONLY one module/firmware.
Here is a guide on how to compile the kernel + module (you have to replace the module sources with those from bcmon).
-You can always switch to both methods through settings menu-
Currently these chipsets are supported:
**BCM4329**
Mobile phones: Nexus One, Evo 4G, Desire, Desire Z, Wildfire S
Files needed: fw_bcm4329.bcmon.bin, bcm4329.ko
**BCM4330** (No packet injection)
Mobile phones: Galaxy S II
Files needed: bcm4330_sta.bcmon.bin, dhd.ko
Original work, firmwares, and some bundles here:
http://bcmon.blogspot.com/
3. Install AircrackGUI.apk
*** How to use ***
1. Start the application and click "Enable Monitor Mode" to load the patched drivers.
Once the controls are unlocked, scan for Networks (you can change the time to scan in seconds).
Select the desired Network, and start capturing on the second tab.
2. If you are attacking a WPA/WPA2 network, you can deauthenticate (broadcast/clients) to get the Handshake. Once you get it, you can stop capturing and start cracking, even though it's very slow on
phone, and would be better to do this from a pc. In the application folder is included a wordlist.txt
file that you can replace with your own.
The application picks the last captured file for cracking, so you can start cracking later, until you
don't capture again, however all the files are kept in "capture" subfolder.
3. If you are attacking a WEP network, you can start Fake Authentication on the first tab. You have to
start capturing first, because Fake Auth needs the channel to be fixed.
If the network uses Shared Key Authentication, you have to Deauth a client first to get the XOR file.
Once you get it (you can check the capture tab), restart Fake Auth, and it will use the file automatically.
Then you can start ARP Replaying on the third tab, to increase the IVS Capturing rate.
Finally you can crack the wep key using the same tab.
There is nothing in sdcard.rar

I checked the file, it's ok. Maybe you didn't complete the download correctly..
Ehi. Welcome to XDA, Deviato!
You finally moved to Android development!
Edit: I'll try the app as soon as I put my hands back into my old HTC Desire.
P.S. I know you since 12 years from other "boards".
nice one!!!
glad to hear cool programs like aircrack is going on phones.
it will support Xperia 2012 phones??
Hope it gets to all phones. Not working.

will this work on galaxy nexus?
Could you give me a mirror link ?
I can't download it the file is broken and I must wait before I can download it again.
Ok, I'll say once for all:
this is only a GUI to aircrack-ng, it needs monitor mode drivers
So, don't ask support for your specific device, go check yourselves if your chipset is capable, from terminal:
Code:
getprop|grep chipset
or, while wifi is active,
Code:
lsmod
Currently only BCM4329 and BCM4330 (partial) are supported, to compile the driver follow the link on the first post, I've not developed the drivers.
About step 2, is there a way to compile the driver for cm10.1? Bcmon project provides pack for sgs2 cm9, but I prefer 10.1.
I hope I can find a way to dual boot ICS and jb to use this app fully. :good:

You can use an older version of Dorimanx or Siyah. I believe 7.xx versions of Dorimanx can dual boot ICS and JB, but for 4.2.2 you'll have to use an older nightly (before new Mali drivers). If you ever decide to go on with this please report back :good:
For App Dev : Also Galaxy S I9000 have bcm4329.
Any hope for eventual support for Sph-L710 (sgs3)?

[GUIDE]How to root&unroot(almost) ANY Android Devices[Using one-click Root Softwares]

[GUIDE]How to root&unroot(almost) ANY Android Devices[Using one-click Root Softwares]
Hey there,
This thread contains some common methods and tools which can be used to root your Andoid Device!
I do not take any credits for this and I didn't make them either, but I am posting this so that you can benefit from this!!
More Methods will be added soon!
Alright, so lets get started!!
Code:
#include <std_disclaimer.h>
/*
* Your warranty is now void.
*
* I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
* thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed.
* YOU are choosing to make these modifications!
* [B]PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK! I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ACTIONS!!![/B]
*/
How to root?
Method 1: Flashing SuperSU package [Official thread on XDA]
For this method, you need to have a recovery such as CWM or TWRP installed.
Instructions
1) Download the SuperSU recovery package from the official website.
2) Boot into recovery
3) Flash!
Its as simple as this!
Click to expand...
Click to collapse
Method 2: Using Cydia Impactor [Official website: http://www.cydiaimpactor.com/]
(A big thanks to @AXD96 for this method)
!nstructions:
1) Take your settings and go to Developer Options.
2) Enable USB debugging.
3) Download Cydia Impactor from the official website.
4) Ensure all the drivers for your phone are installed!
5) Run Impactor.exe (from the directory you extracted the contents to!)
6) It will check whether you it can root your device and something like payload will be flashed twice ... on your device. You are rooted ...technically ...No Reboot , no hassles , Just as is!
7) Reboot
8) Install SuperSU from market!
Click to expand...
Click to collapse
How it works: In layman's terms , it uses bug 8219321/ aka The Master Key Exploit and/or bug 9695860 to root your phone!
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Method 3: Using Framaroot [Official thread on XDA]
Instructions:
1) Download Framaroot from the Official thread on XDA.
2) Install the apk on your device.
3) Run, Select one of the possible exploits available.
4) Framaroot will do the rest and inform you the result!
For unrooting also, you can use Framaroot!
Click to expand...
Click to collapse
Method 4: Using vRoot [Official website: www.mgyun.com]
Instructions:
1) Just ensure that your battery is above 20%.
2) Take your settings and go to Developer Options.
3) Enable USB debugging.
4) Download the beauty which roots your device: http://www.mgyun.com/vroot (Use Chrome for translating if you need to) or http://www.mgyun.com/en/GetVRoot
5) Connect Phone via USB, and select Charge Only.
6) Open vRoot.
7) Wait till it detects your device (ensure you have all the drivers installed).
8) If not detected, click the green button.
9) Once your phone is detected, click the green button again.
10) There will be a lot of Chinese and you will see in English [ROOT].
11) Press on that. Your phone should now reboot.
12) Congratulations. Your Android is now rooted. Check the Superuser installed! :good:
Click to expand...
Click to collapse
How it works: vRoot uses an exploit known as "masterkey". (Correct me if I am wrong)
The Superuser installed is vRoot's custom Chinese one... but the basic functions are all english!
Incase you want to remove root:
1) Open ES File Explorer and go to root directory ( / ).
2) Goto to system-->app.
3) Using Root Explorer, mount system as R/W.
4) Now find Superuser.apk
5) Delete it
6) mount as R/O Optional
7) Reboot
Click to expand...
Click to collapse
Thats it with vRoot. Not only that, if you are a Chinese user, you can even flash ROM's using it!!
Method 5: Using SRS Root [Official website: http://www.srsroot.com]
Instructions:
1) Ensure you have more than 50% battery power.
2) Take your settings and go to Developer Options.
3) Enable USB debugging.
4) Now run SRS Root, it will do the rest for you! (Click on root using all methods)
Click to expand...
Click to collapse
How it works: SRS Root takes the hardware and software info of your device and sends it to their server and finds the best exploit available for your device and carries it out!
This installs the proper Superuser, but you can always switch to SuperSU (I personally recommend SuperSU)
For unrooting, you can use SRS Root itself
Thats it folks!
Enjoy your phone with rooted privileges.. :victory: :highfive:
I will try adding more methods soon!

masterkey is the last dangerous exploit,so if it not work, i think that also older exploit wont work
maybe try framaroot apk
else you must flash a firmware with root with odin from your pc or if your bootloader is unlocked you can try to search a flashable .zip to get root:good:
