I have rooted my micromax A25 smarty. Now I have to upgrade it to android 4.0 or 4.1 (if possible than 4.1 or higher and it not should be theme).Please help me. I am new to this. Thanks in advance.
Bro its not possible on mmx a25 due to its configuration ...ics or jb needs atleast 512 mb ram or higher..also internal memory is needed more...so not possible

dude i dont agree with your statement , galaxy ace does not have 512 mb ram but it still has cm10.2 jelly bean 4.3...

I think the only problem is that this phone is having mediatek chipset and this cbipset is having closed sources.

In order to port a ROM the devices should atleast have the same resolution. The Canvas 2 has a screen resolution of 480x854 whereas the ZTE Grand the device listed above is qHD which is 540 x 960. So if someone can tell me a method of changing dpi and screen resolution according to our device, I would be happy to give a port a shot but kindly note I'm still a Novice so I'm still learning
hmm........i think ics n jb share same libs......first pull the libs file from the roms and copy it to jb rom it will work

but in this rom all things same as Stock rom of mmx ..some feather added but some not working ..

we can only port the roms which have have resolution maybe you can try same resolution mobiles if know how to port or i can do for you if i succed in portin cynogenmod 11 kitkat in micromax a63

They are working on chipsets with a low power and 512 MB ram.. I have not heard of any updates about Canvas 2 getting an official 4.4.3 update..

i wanted to use this rom but unfortunately OppoSimUnlock crashes everytime i start the phone so i am not able to enter my pins nor i am able to do something with my phone.
Tried flashing it a few times but didnt work.
