Wipe everything using the option in your recovery. Always wipe when you switch roms, unless otherwise instructed by the rom's dev.

keep this thing in mind that while changing roms the following things should be wipped
1 cache partition
2 dalvik cache
2 factory reset
things which should be formatted
1 system
2 data
3 cache
4 sd-ext{not sd-card} format sd-ext only if you use ext partition

try aokp rom for tab 2 it is also a good option

it really helped..
earlier i tried to avoid a factory reset and was getting stuck in a bootloop......(i avoided factory reset because it was not mentioned on the site from where i downloaded and i guessed since pac rom is based on CM rom it might not be needed...)
After factory all is working fine ......
But i am not really this rom so i m gonna try AOKP as u suggested...

Have you changed your model, device, etc name in the build.prop... If yes, change all that to GT-I9003 and then flash the rom...

my dear friend, lucky of you, the rom have noob proof programmed.
the rom is for CM10 of Android 4.1.2.
read the every thing is the OP and understand it before you try to flash anything.
you picture show you have Amit's universal CF-ROOT CWM, but the CM10 is using Dhriu build with version 6.
Procedure
(1) Wipe data/Factory reset
(2) Wipe Cache
(3) Flash CM10 Alpha 4
(4) After flashing CM10 A4, Flash gapps and restart & leave the phone for 5mins
(5) After that reboot in recovery again and flash Avatar Rom
(6) After flashing ROM flash gapps And reboot...

I tried to install different kernels like Pandora, Jarvis, Cranium, Linux, Aries.. individually. all those after flashing will reboot and stuck at htc screen..
I tried with sd partition of 1gb and 2gb ..tried in CM10.2 weekly build, CM10.1, Flyrom, Sense 5 EX , MIUI v5, v4 roms... nothing is working..
Please help !

I already tried jarvis kernel and aries kernel in cm10.2 weekly bro..but at htc screen it is stucking for both the kernels

Have you made a 3rd Cache partition (65 MB Ext4) ?
And btw. did you tried a jarvis kernel 3.5 ? Cause in this version is default freq only 600 MHz. Your Pico might not handle the 878 MHz how it is set in other kernels

ohh no no..i didnt do 3rd patition..i thought that only one partition is enough and created 1gb ext3 and tried..
thanks for the solution..and is that necessary for each and every kernel to make 3rd partition or are there any kernels which doesnt need 3rd partition?? i dont know properly how to make 3rd partition !

its necessary bro use mini tool partition wizard app in ur pc and connect ur sd card via card reader , so that u can create the third partition . Try using Ext4 partition.( use aries kernel V3.5 now bcz jarvis strucks in boot loop)

Did you follow procedure as provided by developer?
there was a note in instruction...did u flash the kernel before flashing rom? & did u add the boot.img in zip file?
maybe it cause problem in flashing
Or else
you need to install latest cwm or twrp recovery which supports ur phone

Dear thanx for replying. Same problem is happaned with me when i try to flash LegoIce Fusion V2/V1.i flashed 4.2 kernal and added the boot.img also.

Try to flash kernel linux 3.4.x ... x like 67 or 70... they both kernel suits for legolce fusion rom then wipe data, cache & dalvik cache then flash the rom.

bro rom is work great. prob not found, very easy installation n its very stable after patching launcher......i think there was a prob in download please re-download the rom, add uboot.img in zip file & flash it again. before flashing rom flash the kernel ver.3.4.67 from any mmx kernel dev then wipe data, cache & dalvik cache. it works for me.
if u r using cwm & the prob is still there then change the recovery version of cwm or change the recovery. i'm using twrp recovery.

happened to me once. try rebooting. wiping cache just in case. and try checking sim is fitted properly. also toggle sim on and off.

have you tried wiping your cache bro?
I'm thinking it's kernel problem as incompatible kernel sometimes causes apps to force closed

i flashed the same ROM.
Data wipe/ cache wipe/ format system/ dalvik wipe/ fix permissions
flash ROM n reboot. Then recovery,
wipe cache/ dalvik wipe/ flash kernel
Reboot.
I think this will Solve your problem for sure!

It would be a huge help if you could find me a stable 4.3 or 4.2 rom

bro ultimate galaxy v4 is stable one even im using it too from 1 month no prob just follow flashing procedure and install kernel and patches becuz galaxy v4 play sore and rooting will not work so you have to install patch for it :good:

Tnx bro for ur help is there a touchwiz UI that requires just flashing be oz I have heard that kernals can be confusing and I don't wanna brick my my only source of entertainment (mob) I heard that if u mess up kernals u probably end up in hard boot loop

Bro if you don't want to update ur kernel, flash any ICS Rom.
But if you want Android 4.1.x or 4.2.x Roms, Flashing a 4.x kernel is a MUST.

Bro Kernel Flashing is just like flashing a ROM.
If you want to flash a JB 4.1.x Rom, Use this kernel
If you want to flash a JB 4.2.x Rom, Use this kernel
Easy steps -
Flash a Rom of your liking
Wipe cache
Got to advanced and Wipe dalvik cache
Flash your kernel

yea bro its the same thing no big deal at all kernel flashing is easy
lets begin first of all u have to download http://d-h.st/F17 kernel and flash it this is 4.2 version ultimate galaxy v4 rom here is http://d-h.st/nHo rom link before flashing please 1. Take A Backup First {Recommended}.
2. Reboot Into Recovery.
3. Wipe Data > Wipe Cache> Wipe Dalvik Cache > Fix Permissions.
4. Flash Ultimate Galaxy V4.
5. Do Step 3 Once Again To Ensure Proper Wiping.
6. Reboot & Enjoy Your Galaxy.
