Yeah.. or you can get a sim cutter, or print a template online and cut it yourself.
Actually.. you might want to upgrade your SIM card, some old ones weren't LTE compatible.

Is it possible to use L710 S3 on Verizon?

I apologize ahead of time if this question is being asked in the wrong section. If so, please redirect me.
I mistakenly bought S3 L710 for Sprint even though I am currently under Verizon 2 year plan. The price on ebay was cheaper for the sprint version and I jumped on it without double checking. I have read online that the hardware is (essentially) the same and they both have 4G LTE technology. My question is whether it's possible to activate this phone on Verizon and then flash the Verizon's software.
PS: I have been reading this forum for a bit and it appears that some other people are trying to cheat with ESN/IMEI manipulation. I am not trying to do anything of the sort, all I am trying to do is activate a Sprint version phone of S3, that I paid full price for on ebay, on Verizon network.
Thanks in advance.
David
I want to know that too.I have sprint gs3 but i dont want sprint and waiting to flash it to Virgin Mobile but might flash to Verizon if i can use their 4g.
seeing as how the Sprint version does not have a SIM card slot (it's embedded), and all verizon LTE phones require an LTE SIM card, then no, you can't.

Oh so ever since Verizon got LTE now they got sims?So sprint is the only one that has cdma?
No, pure and simple.
If you use nefarious methods and spoof your ESN, you could get it to connect to VZW's network, but you would only have CDMA, since the LTE radios on Sprint and Verizon use completely different frequencies, and they can't be told to listen elsewhere.
Turn it back around on eBay and get (most) of your money back and put that toward the Verizon one. It's the only way it will work.

Do I need a new SIM to switch the S3 to a different line?

Hey guys, we just upgraded one of the lines on our plan to a Samsung Galaxy S3, but I'm planning on switching it over to a different line. The phone is being shipped to us, should arrive Friday, and I'm new to ANY phones that required a SIM card.
Will I need to go to the Verizon store to get a different SIM card or should it be fine if I'm just changing the phone to a different line on the same plan?
Can't wait to experience the 4g Network and get back on an up to date Android phone.

If you switch it to another line you will need a new sim card.

[Q] SIM DATA CARD Only

Hi to all
im thinking of buying note 10.1 but i have a question
Today i own a samsung galaxy 10.1 and i have a sim in it with a data contract (not calling and data, only data)
Do you know if i can use this card to Note 10.1?
The reason i'm asking is because if i use this card to my mobile phone it simply doesn't work.
Does anyone knows any info?
Am i going to be able to use the same program/sim card?
Question would best be put to your provider, take details of person asked and then if it doesn't you have recourse to gt it working...
I don't see why it shouldn't AS LONG as you get a gsm note 10.1, however the carrier would be better able to answer... Note 10.1 uses standard sim card, not the micro sim needed for the Iphone/ipad, the international version does...

[Q] Unlocking for international use

So I am headed to Panama tomorrow and wanted to know if my rooted skyrocket will accept another provider's SIM card? I have read that it is super cheap to get a SIM card there and use it instead of paying AT&T's international data rates.
Anyone know about this or have experience?

You will have to unlock the phone. There are threads about the best/cheapest places to an unlock code. One that I have seen mentioned as good is Cellunlocker . net
