Sup guy's can anyone help me out i'm having a problem don't know if it's with my SD card or the phone..
when ever i insert the SD card in to my htc evo 4g lte i get ( Damage SD Card ) when i go into the setting then storage under SD card. i have two options it say's mount sd card or format. when i hit mount nothing happens, i don't know if it's my phone or if it's just the SD card going bad
i have a 32g micro sd card with a lot of stuff on it.. i really need to find a way to fix it with out doing a format to save what i have on the card...
Is their a way ?? can someone please help me THANK'S...: I know theirs someone out their who know's the answer.... :crying:

now i lost my sd card and i have running on my phone cyanogen mod 6 final.. as far aas the system of the nexus goes what would be your advice to download on my sd card. I have a new sd card now but don't really know what i should back up on it.. thanks

So I'm fairly new to android phones and my GNex doesn't have an SD card so I don't know what to do. My friends HTC Desire HD keeps saying the SD card is unmounted and when he goes to mount it in settings, it keeps saying it is safe to remove it. What can I do? I tried putting in another sd card and it worked but this one won't. Thanks in advance.
Edit: I put the sd card into my computer and saw that all the files were still there. I put it back in the phone and now they've showed up. Why did this happen and how can I avoid it in the future?

I be got a serious problem. I ve bought a sensation 2nd hand. And now I see the SD card reader doesn t work. I ve already tried everything, put it back to factory settings, format SD card, tried other SD cards ...
But my sensation still doesn t recognize my SD card. He says insert SD card. When I go to settings I even can t push : mount SD card.
I want to return it to HTC but apparently it s unlocked so the waranty is gone. What can I do now, and how much would it cost to repair it?

Are you talking about a removable micro sd card?
If you are - Copy everything you need / want to your pc and Format the micro sd card either in your phone or your computer - Insert it (if not already) into your phone - You should see a message saying something like "a new sd card has been detected". The sd card should be setup as Portable Storage.

ive got a cheap 128 gig in mine. put it in, said i had to format it, formatted it in the phone, works like it should.
problem was like i said
